This is the 2nd wig that I have purchased from Unice. After ordering from another company, it was stolen after it was delivered to my front door. I'm going on vacation and wanted to change up my look. So I had to order a new and decided to return to Unice. I messaged them and explained my situation. It arrived quickly and didn't get stolen. Customer support was very supportive and friendly.
I had a problem with my first order it did take some time for someone to get back to me but once they did get back to me the customer service was great they helped me and reassured me about everything the hair is super soft there is a slight smell so obviously you might want to wash it if you don't like the smell but other than that the wig is amazing I've been a customer for a couple of years now and don't get my wigs anywhere else but from UNice other than that they have amazing hair

I love the quality of the hair, but I didn't too much like how the front of the lace is. I seen that the lace should have been a transparent look and it wasn't. I also wish that there was another way to attach the back of the wig to keep the middle of the head from looking so bulky. I used bobby pins. I just feel for the amount we are paying it just need to be a little more work need to be put in the back inside and when you say Put on an Go that exactly how it should be.

I had problems with my delivery due to incomplete shipping address and wasn't able to get my wig in days and the customer service handled it with ease.
An item I ordered was out of stock in the moment and was expected to ship out at a farther date than originally stated. They contacted me as soon as possible, keeping me informed and also suggesting other options for me, if I needed the hair as soon as possible. They responded to my messages in a timely manner.
