I've been ordering from Unice for a little over a year now, never had a bad experience. When I told them I needed my wig to come by a certain date they did everything they could to accommodate me. Even offered me another wig that would come at a closest date AND covered the price difference.
Unice manager and employee went above and beyond to get me the 18 inch wig with no extra charge because the 16 inch wig I had ordered wouldn't get to me in time for my birthday trip. I am so grateful for them making this happen for me and I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

I ordered a wig and the hair quality is not to my satisfaction so I packed everything up and neatly put it back in the bag. The policy on the wig website says that the wig can be returned within 30 days with a full refund. There is no refund button on in the app. I texted to see how to start a refund and it doesn't work. I then emailed the company and they're asking me to send them details about the wig and I told them the hair texture did not meet my expectations and I am requesting A return slip so I can take it to the post office tomorrow and get my refund. I keep getting more letters and it seems probably from a robot or AI. I simply want the return form so I can return the wig and get my money back and I feel like I'm getting the runaround.
This is unacceptable and poor business practice. If I don't get something resolved in the next day, I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau about this company.😡
Good afternoon, I ordered my wig and it went to an old address, I contacted customer service they were very helpful and attentive and nice it didn't take long for them to verify and get my wig to me the next week, so I think you very much it's exactly what I ordered and will be sending pictures soon as I wear it thank you again will be purchasing again

I had some questions and concerns regarding this wig and customer service always addressed them. I began wearing it and LOVE IT! It's so soft and beautiful. Will order again.
I wouldn't be receiving my hair in time for my trip so I was freaking out but Unice customer service helped me feel seen and heard. They also helped me find another wig so it would come in time. Also even gave me a free gift for the inconvenience.

I ordered a 16in and had already paid for it.But They text me and said they were out of the 16in so they sent me 18in for the 16in price.I will definitely be ordering again..
This is the 2nd wig that I have purchased from Unice. After ordering from another company, it was stolen after it was delivered to my front door. I'm going on vacation and wanted to change up my look. So I had to order a new and decided to return to Unice. I messaged them and explained my situation. It arrived quickly and didn't get stolen. Customer support was very supportive and friendly.
I had a problem with my first order it did take some time for someone to get back to me but once they did get back to me the customer service was great they helped me and reassured me about everything the hair is super soft there is a slight smell so obviously you might want to wash it if you don't like the smell but other than that the wig is amazing I've been a customer for a couple of years now and don't get my wigs anywhere else but from UNice other than that they have amazing hair
