I was unable to get what I ordered due to the factory not having it available which caused delays. Upon reaching out to support, my problem got handled and they promised to provide an order slip for me to get my shipment out. I got my issue corrected and they understood where I was coming from.

I've been ordering from Unice for a little over a year now, never had a bad experience. When I told them I needed my wig to come by a certain date they did everything they could to accommodate me. Even offered me another wig that would come at a closest date AND covered the price difference.
Unice manager and employee went above and beyond to get me the 18 inch wig with no extra charge because the 16 inch wig I had ordered wouldn't get to me in time for my birthday trip. I am so grateful for them making this happen for me and I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.
