Quick and easy install. The fact that I don't need any leave out is just what I needed..
The wig is a different color from the picture. The wig is more ash brown than ash blonde. The ash blonde part of the wig is at the bottom it is brown at the top. I'm going to have to ask my hairstylist to dye the top which will cost me more money. I'll stick to their black wigs.
I contacted customer service through their text line because there was an issue with my promo code. It took a while for them to respond, but once they did they were able to apply the promo code I tried to use at check out and refund me the difference. I definitely didn't expect that for an order I had already submitted. Now, I'm just waiting to receive my wig. I'm so excited.

This wig came super fast, and when I took her out of the box, BAYBEE, she ate down, curls were on point, and the color was exactly as shown as in the picture. When I say I slapped her on my head so fast and was shook. I mean, I have knotless braids right now, and she was FLAT on top of the braids! Lace was giving scalp, and that was straight out of the pack! I will be making more purchases in the very near future.
