I bought a Wig front Unice about 2 Weeks ago,a Very Popular Wig off there Site that Went Viral, So I was excited and expected The Best Right! I Swear this Wig was Awful 😖 😱. Not True to Length, Very Thin,I mean U could see straight through it.Tracks On the Wig was Off and Not lined up evenly.One Side of the Hair was Shorter and I Ordered a 24in.more like a 20in.is what I got! I was very Disappointed and felt Cheated Out of My Money! Do not believe the Hype about this Company.

I had a wig that was customized with the drawstring. It wasn't going to arrive on time. I reached out to customer support and they was able to adjust my order and give me a new wig that will be here in time. Their customer support is very helpful and met my needs. I will forever shop with Unice!

I recently placed an order and was expecting to receive it within a week; however, there was a hold up with it. I have previously heard that UNICE is very responsive when they receive concerns from customers so I emailed to get the status. Long story short what I ordered wasn't available right away but once I explained how important it was to receive my order timely, they made concessions, offered me something close to what I wanted and guaranteed that I would receive it on time. I could tell I wasn't talking to a computer, it was a live person who was nice and helpful. I love good customer service, UNICE definitely has a return customer.
My order was taking too long. When I asked what was going on, the company added a robe and some freebies to my order so when I got my wig I not only got an absolutely gorgeous wig but I got a robe and some nails and a whole bunch of other stuff that also made me feel pretty..
Amazing as always, came a day or two delayed but was worth the wait. Quality is always on point.
Really good experience so far! Love love this hair. Has to wash before wearing to get the strong new hair scent out but the purchase was very much worth it. Looks so natural!
I was hoping for faster shipping but after going back and forth with support, they helped with changing the size to a different length they had in stock. I received my order after two weeks of my initial order, (within a few days after they shipped the alternate length out) and it was worth the wait. This wig is perfect for someone like me who is new to wigs. I didn't have to do a lot of work to the wig for it to look decent out of the box, it is very much wear and go. I will likely buy more wigs from Unice!
