I REALLY WISH THEY PROCESSED REFUNDS AS FAST AS THEY PROCESS PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS. I bought three wigs and none of them were up to MY quality standard. As soon as I pulled the net cap off the wig, hair shedding everywhere. The other wig bangs was so see through I don't even no what was the point. The third wig showed up two weeks after the other two party city wigs. It took a week just to get the return label, now who knows how long it will take for them to inspect them. Which there in the exact condition they were in when they shipped them. You couldn't bury me in these wigs, so i definitely wasnt about to wear them out in public or at home for that matter. I really hope I don't continue to get the run around about getting my money back.

Quick and easy to use the site. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait
I gave this a three star because when ordering there should be some indication of the different colors that someone may choose. I ordered an after about 5 minutes I realize I saw a different product that I wanted to buy and I was told I had to keep what I have and wait to return it. There should be at least a 5 minute race. And or update your website so that customers will know the options they have.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the customer support at UNice hair and when I tell you, from the moment I reached out, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I did not initially get my order, but that was a discrepancy on my part, but when I reached out in regards to my queries and concerns, the customer service there gave me exceptional service and they responded to my messages and emails promptly consistently and efficiently, and I can tell you that I was Satisfied with the customer service at UNice hair and I will be buying again.
I placed my order on January 3rd, It's now Jan 19th and I have not received my order. I ordered a 24 inch wig, 150 density and this company has been lying to me about when I will receive my order. At first they said that they are making the wig and it will be delayed for 2-4 days. I waited the 2-4 days then they asked for an extra week to complete the wig and I said no. Then they asked if they can send me a 22 inch with 180 density and I agreed, they said they would update the order and ship it out within 24 hours. Well it's 24 hours later, still no tracking number yet they emailed me begging for a good review. This is my truthful review. Do not order from this company unless you want to wait almost a month for a wig that they're advertising to be in stock that you will never see. At this point this company is stealing and they're comfortable with their disgusting behavior. I will be opening up a charge back with my bank.

This was actually a good wig. However, the bangs were a little wimpy. It didn't give a full curtain bang. I believe I got the one eighty density so the hair was kind of thin.But after curling it, you can get the desired hairstyle that you're looking for. I would recommend this week as a starter wig. But for someone that is more advanced and looking for more volume, I would pass on this wig.

Haven't received my order or credit from my last purchase 😕
This is my first time ordering good quality hair and now I'm hooked I love it, very soft and silky. However I was a little disappointed to find that the hair was not as full and I could not just put it on and go as advertised. I purchased a glueless, pre everything with a drawstring, I had to use glue and foundation. I am definitely going to order again because I just love the feel of this hair. Also I received my order earlier than expected and there was a free gift included.
