Ordered on 5/22/2022 a pair of shoes, got an email FEDEX label created on 05/25/2022. Under Armour says shipped. Contacted FEDEX with tracking number yesterday 05/26/2022 and It hasn't even been picked up yet. Delivery date 05/26/2022 never showed, updated delivery date 05/30/2022 last night. Updated delivery date as of this morning 06/03/2022.
I would research underarmour. Com reviews before you click add to cart and check out. LOTS of negative reviews. I should have done this prior to buying from this company.
Omg what rubbish, first pair lasted less than a whole day wearing, exchanged, second pair even less wear again and they're falling apart, what a shamfull company, disgusting the prices we paye and the product only lasts 2 days if lucky before they start falling apart, unprofessional services and unprofessional gear. Paid $250 for rubbish.
I ordered two sneakers from the Company. I got an email that my product was on the way. But then they canceled my order with no explanation. I tried to contact them by phone but got hug up on because the costumer service was unavailable at the moment. I also sent them an email, but has not received any answer. I will never buy anything from this Company again.
I ordered something online. I got a message indicating that I was going to receive the product as soon as possible.
Well, one week after, I sent an email saying that it was taking too long and I asked what was going on. They told me that they had some issues with the deliveries. I told them that I wasn't going to pick up the product.
So, instead of cancelling the order, they continued as if everything was alright and 3 days after that I received an email saying that my order was "on its way". I told them, again, that I wasn't going to be there to pick it up. They said that it was OK and they would return me the money in 15 days.
Therefore, AVOID BUYING PRODUCTS VIA THE WEB PAGE! It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had.
I ordered, was charged but never received it! The package is still sitting in the same place for 2 weeks. I've tried several times to contact them but no one responds! Now I have to go through the dispute process with my credit card. So disappointed with UA.
I have to say I am very disappointed with the service received to date starting at the store level where I get told by staff member Gerard to bring defective item in for exchange having phoned the store to explain issue I had. I had explained I didn't have receipt for shorts he said no problem couldn't refund but would exchange item purchased Jan 2022.
Only to be told at the store having driven 15 miles one way that they couldn't because item had been used and washed. ( what else did I buy the shorts for if not to wear them)
I contacted customer service at UA spoke with Chris he asked for photographs March 1st which I sent. Was told expect resolution within 5-6 days. No one contacted me.
March 10th I contact UA again I have submitted photos again to yourself today.
Shorts cost $41. I have spent a lot of time regarding this defective garment. I hope you can resolve this in a timely manner.
I ask for a replacement pair of shorts to replace the defective shorts.

I have ordered a 2nd pair of shoes, first time we got the wrong size but box size was correct-NOT the shoes. It took a month for reimbursement. 2nd order was a mistake because I decided to give them a 2nd chance…. BUT my order was never delivered but I received a delivery notice so I had to order another pair but in a different color since my original color no longer carried the size I wanted. I will never order online again, we are now in March and my initial order was in mid January. I had provided an online review through UA and it was denied! Clearly Under Armour is sweeping complaints under the rug. I also don't understand why pickup isn't available when I live minutes from the store and a factory near sandy point MD. Completely unsatisfied! Not worth it. Buy in store if you have too or don't shop there at all.
Mike, a store manager of the Under Armour store in Jersey Garden Mall, should be sent back to the stock room. He needs extensive training. He stands doing nothing with a female cashier while a male cashier is doing all the work with a long line of customers. He also talk down to the male cashier (March 12,2022 at 5:45pm). Check the store camera for verification. Not going there anymore.
I bought some really cute under Armor shoes very comfortable. I have bone on bone knees and back problems it's important I find shoes that support me. I found these and I rate them a 7/10 my complaint is the symbol faded a month after wearing them. So now they look like a knock off brand.
Bought 2 project rock under armour tops coming to £100.60, I returned the items after being wrong size with tags etc. days went by and I received £46 refund from borderfree. Under armour have refused to refund me the rest of my purchase. The items came to £60 and it was £40.60 shipping from US. I've purchased hundreds if not thousands from under armour and I will not be buying a single thing again. Although, US UA say free returns shipping but didn't state how much would be deducted from the purchase! This would lead to me the buyer to expect a full refund of £100.60 back as they didn't state fees. Stay away!
Don't think that you can take those 6 gift cards you received as gifts and redeem them on your Under Armour online order. If you have 3 cards with a $100 each and want to buy something that is $300, you can only use 2 of your cards Only two gift cards can be redeemed per order The reps that I spoke with about this issue were rude and abrupt. I'm sick of these companies treating customers as a bother. Done with Under Armour for good
We wore the jackets maximum 10 times. They would not pay for the repairs. That's all i was asking. I should not have to pay for the flaw which is evident by the two coats braking in the same location after such little use
Ordered some trainers for my daughter from under armour in the UAE. They were a little snug so I asked to exchange for the next size up. They told me they'd collect them and then send out replacements. Despite further requests as well as a request for return and refund, they never collected the shoes or contacted me again. Pathetic after sales.
Ordered a Christmas gift for a friend in early December. Shipping time was great! Order arrived, gave the present. The hoodie was too small for my friend so I began the exchange process for a larger size. I completed the online process for an even exchange, and sent the original hoodie with tags to the designated shipping area where UA processes returns/ exchanges. That was one month ago. Today I get in contact with a customer service representative and they give me 0 explanation as to why my exchange was never processed. It was just sitting and still open for an employee to fulfill the exchange, and it was never done. My best guess? UA purposefully does this around the holidays when times are bustling and busy- they 'forget' to issue online returns or exchanges in hopes that their customers forget about it and they get to keep their product and money. The customer service representative basically said to me, 'do you want a refund or do you want the product sent to you?' I laughed. The item should have been sent to me a month ago, and I should receive a refund for having to wait this long. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be shopping with UA again.
Poor quality of shoes I bought. They broke after have been used between 5-7 times during the time of 1 year and 1 month. The warranty period is 1 year which means that no matter the wear on the product (almost new) Expect no customer service. The answer you get is from a bot that doesn't reply to your questions, just replying with the same message over and over again.
Wish I could give 0 stars, reviewing Under Armour as a whole. I used to buy quite a bit from them online but havent for awhile BUT, before christmas I ordered a cold gear pullover and the website, instead of adding my selected XL, it added the true fit recommendation L. The second I checked out I tried to contact customer service but because I used Klarna they couldnt make changes. Fast forward to when it arrived, I shipped it back. My item arrived on 1/10/22. I have since contacted CS via chat and have been told first, 10-14 days. The second time I was told 10-14 BUSINESS days I would get my refund. Now today being business day 14 I am being told 14-28 days. What a freaking joke! An item that I didnt even select the size, under armour did, I paid for almost two months ago and cant seem to get muy money back for despite their website adding the true fit size instead of the XL I selected. Dont order from them unless you know 100% your size because you may never see your money again
Can't track my item that was sent out last Thursday will do nothing to try and help the situation basically we shipped it and it's no longer our problem call back in couple days if still nothing has been sent asked for supervisor won't get me one total waste of time and frustration don't order through Under Armour
Twice now This fine company took an extra $1.00 along with my orders. I asked them to credit and they deny they took it. Me having to send them a photo to prove it I experienced this before, same scenario. We didn't. Show the charge and after weeks they have not credited. If you ordered from them lately, last two quarters they did it to me. My dollars added up to hours holding and no resolution. The only way you will get the dollar back is to prove it after they post to your account. How many orders did they receive and keep the dollar in the last year? 1 million dollars? More?... nice money for nothing. They should be criminally investigated.
I bought $90. Sneakers at a outlet mall which is supposed to be deals, correct? No, when I got home I looked on line & they were on sale for $63. Which they said wasn't true, so I sent them a picture of the product with the price from their website. They eventually agreed to reimburse me. After a few weeks, they looked into it & again said they would do it. After a month I called & they said they couldn't find any of this! I asked for a supervisor & I was hung up on. Never received anything & after all that the shoes give me blisters on my heals! Never again buy Under Armour!
