I bought several items that were listed as in stock. Unfortunately, two of the items were the wrong size. I contacted Under Armour about the issue within an hour of making the purchase. However, the live chat assistant provided poor communication and used slang words in their responses. Their attitude was uncaring, and their solution to the problem was to cancel my order and issue a refund. I filed a complaint and completed the customer satisfaction survey, but I haven't received any response yet. It has been almost a week, and I still haven't received my refund. This was not the level of service I expected, and as a result, I will not be shopping from them again.
I tried ordering online with a gift card I had. Everything looked fine and it showed it applied the $100 balance of the gift card. When I went to process it said there was an issue processing the order. I call in and try over the phone then it says there's no balance. The rep says even if it doesn't go through it could take 2-3 business days for it to return the balance. Then he asks if I want to pay with a credit card. Their system can take money so fast and we're told it's going to take its sweet time refunding it back. We can sure send them another form of payment that we weren't planning on using. Now I'll have to wait over the weekend and see if I can try again sometime next week…
Completely ignorant and dis-respectful staff! Apparently getting paid to stand amongst themselves and chit-chat! Airport Location terrible! Do your self-self a favour and don't bother to shop in their store!Very obvious no training for just the basics in customer service!Pretty tough to find good staff but that group is ridiculous!Put down my items was going to buy and left to never return!
To anyone returning items by mail be aware the items might dissappear,and you will lose your money and your merchandise. I returned 4 shirts and they said I only sent 1. I assume an employee just steals the $#*! and says it was never returned. Just so happened the only shirt that was opened was the one returned and the ones in the packaging disappeared. Awful customer service
Now, my order still does not show on the website. The tracking numbers that came in the email are not found on their own UA supplied link to Canada Post. The delivery date of June 29, NOW reads JULY 3rd! (the date "promised" was by June 20/21.
I filed a complaint through their support and have not heard back.

My order is still not listed under my account - even though I can get it from the help page if I ask it to track the order. The website crashed on the last step of ordering, leaving me wondering if the order worked at all.
My initial email states "everything will be delivered by the date listed above" (June 20-21). Today PART of my order was shipped with an estimated delivery of JUNE 29 - I needed this before leaving for a trip. This was a blatant lie. Unreal.
I bought my child a backpack and the zipper broke after 8 months. I don't know why so many people like this brand. It's not great quality. Next time, I will buy Jansport.
I used to love this brand, just as I loved Nike. After Dillan Mulvaney with Nike and all the pride ads slammed in my face when I first opened this site, I refuse to buy from either.
Offered shorts at a extremely cheap price. Has you create an account puts in the order like it was ok than charges you. Day later cancels the portion of the order with the discount and only sends the other items with out discount with our your permission. Once customer service is contacting they provide an excuse that it was incorrect promo code put in on their side and offers a coupon way less than the original one and asks you purchase again. Seems like a bait and switch to me.
No removal of the checkpoint tags twice at a row in one week.when calling to complain and seek solution, the U.A agent hung up the line.
One of worst online seller ever I had. I buy shoes online through under armor website after payment is done they said item is not available. I went to buy again other shoe but same story. I called helpline but the they could not satisfy me with there answers. Pethatic service. So do not buy online it's scam
This company is horrendous! I used my military discount and they canceled my order. I called customer service and I get no one. These reviews are all horrible. Why is this company still in business?
Ordered and paid in full. Terrible customer svc and no product. Impossible to speak to someone and never rcvd products
I called the UA customer support at 8:32 pm EST and gave the case number and the associate had no idea about what I was talking about. Her name was Carlie/Garliy and when I got irate, she even told me that it was my first warning and she will disconnect the call.
I did mention to her that I was calling as UA team failed to keep the commitment and never called me back. As this happened multiple times since morning today the US associates have always put the call on hold for minimum 1 hour, she did the same thing again.
No courtesy of responding to the customer in between the holds.
No way they could connect to the manager on shift. No way they could search for the person who had the name mentioned in the email.
The chat associate Holly-terese even wrote to me in black and white that I'm being disband she is disconnecting the call when I asked her about the international return policy and she had no answer.
Horrible customer service ethics and worst brand to even think about.
I will post everything on social media with the chat screenshots between me and UA associates and the voice recordings of the manager Karra M and other associates along with Carlie/ Garliy.
My order said it had shipped. Did not get delivered on day it was supposed to so called delivery co. The told us the item has not even been scanned yet. Called Under Armour to find out what was going on. They said the needed to investigate. We decided to cancel the order, unfortunately we were told they can do that because the order was processed. It wasnt processed. It was still in their warehouse. Asked for a supervisor and was told twice we were going to be transferred, and after 57 minutes no one ever came to the phone. When I asked for the person I was speaking with they refused to give me their, or their managers name. Most unprofessional organization I have dealt with. Under Armour you just lost a family of customers. We will never purchase UA online or instore.
I ordered few items in offers and submit an exchange but they waiting weeks to processing and the items are sold out. Lost of time and I don't trust anymore in them. Bad business.I submit one star because I can't chose 0 stars.
When it comes to returning and/or exchanging an item, UA is by far the absolute worst. How is it I returned an item to be exchanged because they sent the wrong size (ordered a 10, they sent a 7) and it took 10 business days just to process then another 5 or so days for shipping? C'mon really? 10 days to process. Not to mention I called after a few days from them receiving the return and someone said they just released it because it was stuck in the system. Really? So in total from the time I mailed the item back to the time I received the new item, 3 weeks!
Word of advice, make sure u order the correct item and size because trying to make an exchange is like pulling teeth
As one can clearly see, an online advertisement for a RED shoe actually is delivered as ORANGE.
Nothing is even close... Pictured with a greyish sole and delivered with WHITE.

Don't do on line orders. Customer Ser Reps have different answers. Need someone that know what the policy is. Return shirts, (shirts paper thin) they had the nerve to send me gift card instead of credit back to my Klarna Told me that is policy,,,NOT. Other cust rep said they would cancel gift card and credit account, but if I want credit right away, I have to give them another credit card they can send credit to. Switched around for an hour, I was asked to call back tomorrow. Don't bother, go nike
Don't expect a speedy delivery for an exchange, i received no verification that my return had been received and when i called i was told it would take 17 days to process. I certainty won't be buying from them again. Buyer beware.
