This is my first time buying from them and I ordered a set of 3 small Betty Boop figures. The price was great and good quality and so cute! I highly recommend!
I called and emailed for the availability of a part as I needed to know if it was available before ordering. I was assured by William Mortimer " We have sufficient quantity of this item to handle any orders." even after asking to check actual on-hand stock.
Received an email 7 days later "Unfortunately, our warehouse has informed us that xxx is currently out of stock and we are no longer able to source it from the manufacturer."
The part is STILL listed as available on the website.
This is the worst company which wont refund, exchange or satisfy most customers.

As advertised, I ordered 4 fl. Oz. Of Benneton "Colors" cologne for men. I received a small 0.3 fl. Oz. Sampler container of something that smelled nothing like "Colors". I called the company but had to revert to an e-mail when no one would answer my call. Never got a response to my email, either. Would not recommend or deal with this company again.
This was a great purchase. Pots are high quality and a great price. Could not be happier with this deal!
I ordered a bright colored 6-pack bra set from Walmart.com, from UnbeatableSale, a third party. I didn't think much of it at the time. The order said it would take a month to get to my home. The shipping details didn't update at all, but the items came a week later.
When I opened up the package, I received a 6-pack bra set alright, but the colors were so dark and they were not the same colors I was expecting. Instead of the regular bra formality, I received bras that had a front buckle racer back and I've never heard of that in my life.
Since it was a third party seller, I can't go to Walmart and return it. Apparently, Unbeatable Sale has another third party working for them, 'The City Fashion,' which I'm guessing is one of their warehouses.
I left an email that following Thursday, and then I tried to call again in the morning. Someone said someone would take care of this order, and get back to me within two business days. They said they would get back to me by Tuesday. It's now Thursday of the next week, and I had to call them up and see what's going on. I was left on hold for at least 10 minutes, and then someone answered the phone. They said that they will send a representative a message to update the order and that they were trying to send the correct item from the warehouse. They said the offices were closed today (October 5) because it was a holiday and the office will reopen on Monday. I checked online and there aren't any government holidays observed in America on October 5th.
I'm going to be on the third week, waiting to return this item.
They sent the wrong color, and type, but it's the right size.
I don't want to order from them again if I'm wasting my time trying to resolve an issue that was their fault.

I bought 20 cameras and got 10. They said it was a mistake and labeled wrong. Not my fault, my receipt says case of 20 cameras bought. Instead of honoring their wrong doing, i got transferred around over 11 days and offered only 50% my money back (which is not an unbeatable deal for 10 cameras) all i wanted was for them to send me my 10 other cameras for my wedding and say sorry THEY messed up. They do not honor their company policy about labeling things honestly and i had to contact them OVER AND OVER. Even when i left a message for * the apparent supervisor, i NEVER got a call back and i marked it urgent (as i said, these are for my wedding)
Now after being ignored by * via email after telling him all i want are my 10 more cameras, i finally got upset enough (about 5 days ago) and said just give me a 50% refund. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND OR 10 CAMERAS FROM UNBEATABLESALES.COM
I plan to tell everyone how horrible this company is. I have receipts and screen shots of their policies

I went to walmart.com, ordered 3 items. Believing I was ordering from walmart.
2 items came in on time. The 3rd was taking forever. It was a gift and I was starting to worry. I contacted walmart and they told me it was a 3rd part sale.
I asked to cancel the order. They told me they could not do that, to contact unbeatable sale myself. I did. I asked when my item would arrive?
I was told, it was not even processed yet, so it would be some time. I asked to cancel the order. I was told " We have a no exchange, no return, no cancel for any reason policy" I asked them, really? What if its broken?
She again stated the No refund. Ect. She then told me as a one time deal, she would cancel the order, since it was not processed at that time. I thanked her. 2 days later BOOM its delivered.
I called and said, I recveieved an email of cancelation, why did I get the item? No answer to that. Turns out... I jinxed myself, my item was broken. So now I have a broken item that I cant give as a gift OR use.
Walamrt refused to help, and unbeatable sale is a rip off business. The BBB is FILLED with complaints exactly like mine, only some people were able to send theirs back and then got charged a "restock fee".
Unreal.Its hard to tell from my picture, but the door is broken (glass cracked and door wont close) and it hangs like you see it... crooked, kind of like the company.
Immediately after placing an order I received an updated order status that charged me an additional $8.95 for shipping. This was not shown on the original document before I hit submit. I called their customer service/ordering department within the next 60 seconds to cancel the order and they told me I must wait 3h for the order to post. After waiting 3 hours I called again. They took down my information and said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again before 3:00 EST and then I was told 1) no one was there to help me, 2) orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and 3) the secretary was the highest ranking person available to help me.
I have already called my credit card company and have started the process to dispute the charge. I have tried to clear up the discrepancy to no avail. I am truly disappointed with the service I received. I will be contacting the BBB.
The company had a poor listing of a product "mesh officials pinnies" with no photo. I purchased them expecting striped official/referee pinnies. When they arrived they were simply multi-colored pinnies. I was frustrated, but not as much as I would become later. I got an RMA and returned the product. The company refused to refund my to shipping. So I got outed shipping to me and shipping back to them and never even opened the product. My advice: DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH unbeatablesale. There are better beatable sales.
