Was shipped a bench f with no padding or one shred of protection so of course the bench was damaged.
Ordered a audio component tower from them. It arrived damaged. I asked for replacement pieces. They kept putting me off. Two weeks later still no resolution. Asked for 25% back of the cost because I'm going to have to repair it myself. They refused and offered me 15%. That barely covered the cost of shipping. Shady company who doesn't care about their customers.
I first had some website trouble placing my order which lead to a duplicate order. I left a voicemail and sent an email as soon as I realized the error. Customer service was responsive to cancel one order and let the other one stand. I have received some follow up as well. Items haven't arrived yet so I can't comment on that yet. But so far a proactive company to do business with.

Do not buy this item form UnbeatableSales you won't receive what you thought you bought. They will send you something different, give some excuse, that its Walmart's fault. Then they will refuse to give a full refund. They will ship it in a plastic bag without a packing slip, required for a return, then offer only 50% back. No where in the description do they tell you about the $10.43 for shipping. Watch out at check out! I thought I bought this green heavy cast iron sprinkler. I received a cheepo sprinkler. UnbeatableSales is a scam! WATCH OUT Walmart you should not do business with this sealer. They are Scamming you customers!

The shipping price quoted for the product was $10.00, (for an item that could fit in a TINY padded envelope) however when the item was in the cart and the order was being processed, the shipping price jumped to $10.95. When I wrote a review saying shipping prices were too high, I got an email asking if they could give me a break on the shipping prices in order for me to "remove" my review. I like truth in marketing therefore I am taking the trouble to post a review. Also, they claim they use Fedex and UPS most of the time - not true - regular USPS was used - no tracking. Some items have $10+ shipping charge on a TINY $5.00 item.

Ordered from this company on 4/14/2020 using AMAZON. The item was $10.99 and they charged my card $20.15. I have PROOF their ad said $10.99. I posted negative feedback and finally received an email. They wanted to refund my money IF I removed my negative feedback. I agreed and then they SCAMMED me. No refund. This is how they have a fair online rating. Purchase from them with great CAUTION and watch your statements.

I purchased Wine Away through Walmart from Unbeatable Sales. They charged $15.00 for a 2 ounce bottle! Evergreen Labs, who makes Wine Away, charges $21 FOR 2 PACKS OF 12 OUNCE BOTTLES. I filed a complaint with Walmart for representing Unbeatable Sales on their web site. They are a rip off!
I ordered something that showed up damaged/missing items. I emailed and got a response stating to ship the item back with the original packaging. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged as well so that was tossed. Sent an email explaining that. No response. Soon after all of this I'm called away on a personal matter for two months with no cell activity, but i left my mother with email access. I return to find the item still at my house. When asking my mother, she simply said no labels. I checked and chdcked to make sure. No labels were sent. Contacted the company and received a general "30 day too late" response. Explained in another email and received the same message.
Placed an order for a box of 50 items, according to the product description at Sears online marketplace, which is offered and fulfilled by this business and received only 1 item. I contacted them to either ship the missing 49 items or a pre-paid shipping label to return the 1 item. They refused both. Stay away from them!
I ordered a computer desk ct-009 though walmart this computer is the 3rd party. I desk I received is not the one pictured on walmart and also others website that shows the desk. The pictures is a old model that I purchased 5 or 6 years ago. That model worked perfect for me. The problem is the keyboard area is to low and sliding up to the desk your let room is compromised and since the keyboard ares is so low it rubs against my thighs. I sent pictures showing the old one and the new one. The manager look and the picture and told me there was a difference. He also said they do not send return labels. He lied and said I got what the pictures showed on the websites.
Basically a poor quality picnic table frame. This frame is quite flimsy and while it is pre-drill for lumber, it was very poorly designed. When using the lumber specified, we placed the center piece first. By the time you add the boards, from center to edge, they do not fit. The last piece of lumber (table top) is too far for one of the two pre-drilled holes. Consequently, the outside pieces of lumber only have 1 bolt holding them to the frame. Very poorly designed!
Called multiple times and left message but nobody from the sales department will return your call. The customer service rep. Will pass you one to somebody else because they can't help you resolve the problem. Customer service don't know the products and will keep making reasons why they can't help you and you need to talk to a manager or sales rep. However, you will never reach any of them. I waited 1 week now and still no answer from the business. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!
I ordered a poopy pouch pet waste station kit from sears.com. I received the item and the only piece that came was the dispenser. It clearly stated on the website that it was the whole unit garbage can, pole and the dispenser etc. I called your customer service phone number. I talked to your customer service supervisor (Donna?), she was very arrogant from the start saying it was a mistake and they did not have the product in stock to give me. They would have to refund my money and I have to return the product. I got off the phone and checked your website you did have the product in stock that was the same on sears.com the lady lied to me. So I called her back and told her about it and she said she could not honor it and could not send me the rest of the product I ordered. She was saying that it was a mistake. I told her it was false advertising, it was not my fault that it was the wrong price. Most stores honor there mistake. I worked in retail for over 10 years we always honor our pricing mistake. I am highly disappointed with my experience I've had.
