I have always had a great experience with ultrasabers, and the customer service I have received is always great. Will buy again.
The first time I tried to order, it would not calculate shipping. I waited for ages and it would not load. Other than that, very satisfied.
When I received the email that said my lightsaber had been delivered on Saturday, I did actually receive my lightsaber until Tuesday. That was a little frustrating. I really like the lightsaber, though!
More description of the options when purchasing would be helpful
