My only complaint would be the value. After taxes, duties and exchange my saber ran me close to $500 and that is for a saber without the emerald board and without any flashy bells and whistles.
I get you can't do anything about the rate of exchange but it would be great if you offered incentives that would help offset this.
Overall, happy with the product, the speed of service (wow!) and everything else.

As I stated please look into adding a rubber plug of some kind to prevent the battery housing and the LED from moving around inside the saber.
Spoke with Marlena to expedite shipping and she responded in no time. She had great customer service. The package arrived and everything was going great when I could hear a screech noise on the speakers. After awhile there was no sound coming off the speakers, I popped it open and examined the speakers. The black wire was partially disconnected but the red wire was fine. I am in the process of trying to fix the speakers. The price was great and the customer service was awesome.

I ordered 2 sabers a few days apart and got them at the same time, which is awesome. The saber I bought for my mom was perfect. Everything was as ordered. However, the one I bought for myself was supposed to have a pointed tip, but I received a regular rounded tip. That is the only thing that wasn't perfect across the two sabers. We love our lightsabers.
Great job on everything. Remember in Texas don't need to pay for next day delivery it happens already.
The quality far exceeds my every expectation. There isn't another place I'll buy light sabers anymore. I will be using my order( and likely 2 more) and fan films in the near future for actual fight scenes.
