Product was damaged and poor quality. Company would not respond to any email or phone calls to correct issues. Several attempts were made to contact Ultrasabers. Product quality was much worse than other sabers I've had for the same price. Oversized hilts and left roughly machined. Electronics rattle loosely in saber. Won't be purchasing from them again.
