My first lightsaber and I love it! Super high quality construction. It looks great, sounds great, and it's durable. The hilt is heavier than I expected (in a good way). I've built an entire new cosplay around it! Highly recommend Ultra Sabers - will buy more in the future from them!

I bought a Dominix V4 with the ultra pixel string blade and after 10 days of having the blade now only lights up so far and I email them about this and they want me to pay to send it back to them (not even 2 weeks old). I have contacted the following agencies: The FTC, The Better Business Bureau and the State of Florida Consumer Rights Agency. So unless you want the headache of having something that will break down on you and then when you try to deal with the warranty and this company, the best thing to do is to avoid them like the plague.
