I like the product, it just took a while for me to get it. Understandable, since I ordered like a week before Christmas.
How you make an order is well explained and process is good.
Although they don't have a stock of the hilt that i want the customer service and feedback of the order is very good and fast.
Over-all the service and quality of the lightsaber was excellent.

This is the second lightsaber I have purchased from UltraSabers. The first was from a convention in early 2017. Great quality products and great customer service!
After placing an order I had immediately contacted them to cancel the order. 5 days later I was contacted and told that there would be a 20% restocking fee for a product that wasnt assembled.
I received the order today 21 days after it was placed.
I have been eyeing the crimson scorpion for a while now and I finally decided to get one. I'm very pleased with my choice. From the look and feel of the saber to the color of the blade. Not to mention timely fashion in which my order was shipped. Over all I had a good experience ordering from Ultrasabers.

Easy navigation, friendly onsite chat staff. Ordering my first blade ever as a Mystery. O_O Going to fully trust in the Force. I'm ordering a mystery first because it will be "My" Lightsaber. There's zero chance or pull for me to be swayed by favorite style blade color etc. So what the force wills, shall be~!
I'm satisfied with the product I recieved, and Ultrasaber's service has been stellar. The only subpar part of my experence was USPS's service and delivery of my item. The delivery of my item by USPS was a big mess, but it would not influence my decision to buy again. I'd be glad to by from Ultrasabers again!

The design process is easy and straight forward, love all of the options, however shipping was a little longer then expected, even after my package took 3 days to move between two towns in Texas making it's delivery delayed, however still superb product.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
