I have emailed questions regarding my saber and it's condition because the LED turns off when the saber is tapped and have not yet gotten a response. Other than that, everything was fine.
I just received my Mystery Box, or more accurately, both of the MBs I ordered. Both sabers are Initiate V4 LE stunt sabers, one chrome, one black. They look beautiful. On the chrome hilt, the blade is a crisp blue, the black hilt has a green blade (which is cool because I did not already have a green saber.) There is, of course no sound, which is to be expected with a stunt saber.
The complaint I do have is this: the light and the battery pack just rattle around. I understand that I got two of the lowest grade sabers on this site, but I was expecting something a little sturdier. Ultrasabers claims to be the best in combat sabers, and I feel that title can be earned in the upper tiers of sabers for sale on the site, but my two MB sabers are far too delicate (on the inside) to even swing around. I have fixed this issue but installing a small screw to holt the LED module in place. One would think that would be standard operations seeing as it is such a simple fix.
To recap, I love the hilts, they look fantastic, especially next to my other two. The colors are bright and crisp. The light and battery pack rattle around inside the hilts, making me want to just put them on the shelf for display only.

My saber did not come with what I paid for. Ive sent 3 emails to Ultrasabers (2 to one email and 1 to another) and have not heard back from them. I love the saber but Id like to have my issue resolved. Lack of customer service is the reason for 3 stars
I emailed them after my order to confirm a feature and it took them a week to get back to me. I'd like to send my saber back for additional upgrades, which I'm happy to pay for, but it's been five days and still no response. I ordered something from Saberforge, but they seem almost as bad. Not sure why it's so hard to return an email, especially when I'm wanting to give you more money.
Easy to use for a quality product. This is the second time I'm ordering, but not the last.

The fact that the hilt was back ordered was not communicated well (if at all) until after the order was placed. Then, trying to go back to cancel that order and order the saber with a different hilt, we found that we couldn't cancel the order and that our order wouldn't arrive until 12/30 to - 1/4.
Suffice-it-to-say, we were very disappointed in the company's online communication and even more so that it left us with our son having to open his "big surprise" present to only a picture of his back ordered Christmas present. That had been indicated better (or at all) when we were about to press "order," we would have looked for a hilt that wasn't back ordered.

I understand fabrication times can change during a build, but I was under the impression from a video made by the owner that mystery box sabers were already to go and that there was really no wait time for it to be shipped after it was ordered.
I am very happy with the product and I do plan to buy more in the future.

I don't like that this is all mandatory... review for batteries and I keep getting emails about it. Shopping experience is great but I wish I can opt out on battery purchases.
