I ordered a mystery box on the 25th of December, 2017. I expected there to be a delay given the date of purchase, but I did not expect my order to be delayed a month. The shipping time did not seem acceptable. I was also given the "deal of the day" saber instead of one of the expected mystery box sabers. The total value for my purchase was not as high as the mystery box would imply.
The saber itself is a fine metal quality, but I do have gripes. First, the battery holder slides freely up and down the tube of the saber every time it's swung, making for a very distracting scraping sound. Second, the machining of the end caps and threading had metal shavings and burrs all over it. I will have to file them down to avoid a cutting danger.
Would I order from them again? Yes, but not a mystery box. Pick the saber you want, then make sure it's made correctly.
Took me awhile to figure out what I wanted for a first time buyer. Ordered saber Christmas day but received in a timely manor. Was nervous about purchase, since this was all new to me. I am pleased with what I received. I wish I knew more, but no find myself wanted a second saber with a few more options added. It is an expensive trinket.so I need to wait to justify a second saber.
I recieved my mystery box and pleased with the saber! Sucks no sound buutt i knew it was random from the start overall im happy with my purchase and cant wait to make more soon
Took a little while to process the order, but I was buying at the holidays so I don't know what I expected ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Other than that, the site was very easy to use, and the product was very high quality!
I'm really happy with the quality of the saber! The only issue I had was the busy season around the holidays but it was explained to me and sorted out.
When you get your order, its worth the wait! But the wait is really the issue, make sure you're prepared to wait 4-5 weeks
Been trying to get my December 13,2017 order fixed and it took 28 days to hear back on what needs to be done. Here it is 4 business days since you received the hilt back that I have not heard anything about it.
Fantastic product as always love Ultrasabers
Took over a month to get it, but it was well worth the wait. I got a cheep double bladed one to see the quality of the product before investing a lot of money on a good one. Very happy with the product and will definitely consider getting one of the more expensive blades in the future.
I have 3 other ultrasabers this one order was a mystery box and I didn't get what I was hoping for but that's mystery box for you.

Good saber, definitly buy again
Quick and easy as well as in depth.
Product was delivered in appropriate time (considering international shipping), looked exactly as it did in the picture and I wasn't disappointed.
Received my mystery box fairly quickly after the holiday rush and I am very satisfied. It ended up matching my other Grab Bag saber I had previously purchased, just in a different color. Love the AV switch on it! I get tons of compliments from other people as we duel on how well they handle stress, how sturdy the blades are, and the quality of craftsmanship! Will definitely be buying more in the future!
Email response time is slow. I asked for an update on my order 10 days after placing said order. An email response was received more than 48 hours later. Also, shipping occurred well later than the 8-10 day lead time.
1 small alan key screw was missing and i ordered 6 sabers and not 1 of them had sound which sucks big time but is fine i guess but also i was missing 1 of the screws which pisses me off big time. If you guys sent me a screw id change this rating to a 5 star with a quickness
