Manufacturing quality is impressive. Light intensity is super bright but is much enhanced in lower light. Entry sound card performs as expected, room size makes a difference with sound intensity. We were in a very large room which prevented better performance. The 40 in the retirement were shocked when initially drawn and really enjoyed the sabers presentation. Recipient has a X/500 numbered Darth Vader Helment for display in his library. This light saber is now on proud display I. Front of helment and served excellent for this individuals retirement. Delivery was ahead of schedule and greatly assisted in reducing my anxiety of not having gift at the ceremony. Thanks to UltraSaber staff for the quality and speed.

I ordered an Archon V3 from Ultrasabers and I could not be happier with the final product.
It was a little bit stressful to not know what the possible shipping times were, but I figured it would take a fair bit of time to make the item.
All in all, I am INCREDIBLY happy with my experience here, and I will definitely be choosing Ultrasabers again.

It's hard to write a review for a company that has such polar opposite aspects. On the one hand- I really do love my new sabers. They are exactly what I wanted, and the quality exceeds my expectations. With that being said, the customer service experience was terrible. I knew when I ordered that it would be a bit of a wait, because of the recent movie release; however, I was not prepared for the poor business ethics. I had an error with my order that I caught before it shipped, but when I tried to contact someone (anyone) from the company nobody replied for over a week. What's worse is that when I finally did receive a response it was crass, rude, and snippy. The phone calls don't get answered (let alone returned) and the staff was only friendly after I complained on social media outlets. If genuine customer service is important to you, then this company is not worth the product they push.
The product is awesome but it took almost a month to get and if I didn't email you trying to figure out what was taking so long I'm not sure I would even have it yet. When you are being l behind on your orders you should al at least send an email letting the customer know about it. Other than that I'm extremely satisfied with the saber
I am over the moon with my Ultrasaber. Its everything I asked for and more. I cant express in words just how much I love this thing. Well worth the purchase and Im definitely going to purchase another...
Parts made by hand with great quality. Nobody else in the industry takes the time to machine each and every part.
Delivery is a little slow but the product is worth the wait.

Ultrasabers were great from start to finish. The site was easier to navigate and place my order. The customer service I received through email was stellar. They when I found out I was moving last minute Ultrasabers even worked with me to ensure my saber arrived earlier than expected. Lastly the saber itself was superb! The detail and craftsmanship on the hilt was amazing and the light quality of the blade was equally impressive. I will certainly be ordering additional sabers from Ultrasabers!
Considering I ordered my saber the day after Christmas, I received it relatively quickly. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
I ordered 4 Mystery boxes from ultra sabers. The 8-14 business day turn around time is more like 30, after the 22nd business day I began to inquire about the status. Just got Ignored. No one picks the phone up. I recieved a response when I asked for my money back. The items were sent out first thing that monday. Recieved them today the were the cheapest hilts they sell for $60 guaranteed $75 according to their site dont trust it. Their customer service is a joke.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
