My first saber purchase, and I will most definitely be buying from Ultrasabers again. Beautiful quality, loud and crisp sound, and the brightness of the blade is glorious. If you're on the fence about buying, don't be. I'm so happy with my saber!
I got an Aeon V4 in my Grab Bag shipment and I love it! Only issues I had were with shipping I was not aware I needed to sign for it so that would be nice to know in advance so I can stay home. Otherwise I love it!

Shipping took forever. I understand that holidays just ended and movie came out but would be appreciated if you kept customers updated. Very satisfied with the saber. Will be shopping for more i the future

The experience was overall okay. It took about a month for my order to finally ship; but I also ordered right after Christmas. Mystery box was exactly as I expected. Got a nice color (arctic blue) stunt saber. Good quality overall and would definitely purchase again (with better timing).
Product is okay, but ended up paying ca 140bucks for a 75 mystery saber (import to Germany and of course i got a low budget one). So i got what i paid for + taxes.

My son couldn't wait to get this ultrasaber. He is very happy with it. Loves it. It did seem to take awhile to get. Ordered on January 2 and didn't get until February 5. It said 8 -14 days business days to ship. Otherwise, well worth the wait.
I read how long it would take to receive my product. The length was 8-14 business days. I ordered my product on the 9th of January. Received my product on the 7th of February. Emailed the company multiple times and they told me the same thing. 8-14 business days. Next time Ill have to either order the faster shipping or order from another company because that put a sour taste in my mouth.
The only real problem is that the LED housing is loose in the hilt so it rattles a lot, aside from that everything else is awesome, light are great, sounds is amazing
This lightsaber is basic as possible and the lowest quality offered. Not only is it scratched but it also has a bent plug I ordered. The blades point is glued on with improper alignment. The saber took a whole month to get to me - from January 8th till February 9th! For having spent roughly $120 and waited and entire month (as opposed to the original shipping days 5-7 or holiday extended shipping of 8-14 business day Monday through Friday), I am beyond let down and aggravated. I will not be purchasing another saber without a full refund for this one, and I will steer my friends, family, and colleagues away from purchasing their products as often as possible. Negative 5 out of 5 Stars.
Notice on website about backlog of orders flooding the business after TLJ would have been a helpful heads up so I would have needed to wait a while. Customer service was very polite and apologetic about the delays, so I appreciate it. Thanks to Jeana for sorting out my urgent shipping needs and getting my order to me on time. Love the saber!
Overall id say i had a great purchase experience took a bit longer to get do to the back log but worth the wait
Ordered 2 mystery boxes on January 3rd. It was a long wait, but understandable due to a large volume of orders being placed around the holiday season as well as the recent release of the latest Star Wars film. They arrived on February 7th and I was quite pleased with both sabers. I received a Dark Initiate v3 in addition to a Scorpion with an Emerald driver and premium sound! I feel that my wait was well worth the initial investment. The Dark Initiate came in Guardian Blue and my Scorpion was set to Sentinel Yellow. I have no complaints about what I received. I would definitely purchase from them again once things slow down.
NEVER AGAIN
Order took nearly a month to receive, product didn't even ship until I emailed the company asking where my product is. Then my delivery was delayed 3 Days. Finally I get the saber and after all my trouble I'm completely disappointed by what I received. I ordered a mystery gift for 75 dollars and received a 60 dollar stun saber with no sound, which I can't complain about because I gambled for my choice but I was given the option to pick my color. I asked for a blue light saber and got an orange one which only leads me to believe this company didn't care about me or my order in the slightest and I will never be ordering another Ultrasaber.
Everything works great and got here fast
Straight forward and easy to order, nice to have delivery info. The led doesn't seem to stay in one spot but it's a great hilt and bright easy.
Considering buying 5 more for my groomsmen.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
