I ordered a stunt saber (Dark Apprentice V4) on January 12th. It took a little extra time to process due to the backup from Christmas and The Last Jedi but they were very open with the delays. When I ordered my saber I didn't request windows in the emitter and later regretted that but lo and behold when my saber arrived the windows were there with no extra charge! UltraSabers has earned my business for life.

I received my order much later than the latest date anticipated by Ultrasabers. I tried to contact customer service and got an automated email AFTER the product had shipped. They don't respond to phone calls and their voicemail is always full. Probably will not be shopping or recommending them again. Product itself was fine, just terrible customer service
As an ultra sabers customer, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Everything is what I wanted. There was just one problem, I asked for the retention blade screw set to button, well I got a screw that you had to use a retention to get out. It's ok, no biggie. So guys if you get no button for the screw and you have to use a retention, go to any hardware store and get a 5/64 Hex retention. All in all, I love my purchase and can't wait to purchase more sabers in the future.

Everything was perfect, except you guys gave me the wrong sized blade, I put down whatever the average sized blade is, but you gave me the shortest blade size, I understand that you probably had a lot going on because of the holidays and the new Star Wars movie, Im not going to be pushy, but I would appreciate you guys sending me the right sized blade.
The product is really good, they just need to make it clear that the wrench that you need to take your blade out with doesn't actually come with the saber, other than that it was all good, infact great quality product
I recently received my title as a Sentinel of the Je'daii. I continue to use the lightsaber I received as a padawan. It is the first I constructed, with a yellow kyber crystal I found during my apprenticeship on Alderaan.
At the time, my lightsaber was enough to defend the estate of the nobles I was given the honor to protect. However, since my apprenticeship has ended, the Sith have begun to gravitate toward the places I have sworn to protect. My original lightsaber has always been enough to defend against the Imperial Commandos intent on ravaging the libraries and families of the estates of Alderaan. Now, though, it has not been enough to protect the research facilities of Ahto City. I transferred to Manaan to assist the researchers in harvesting kolto for our people taking part in a rebellion against the Empire in the outer rim. The Sith have been flocking to our facilities, and I have been tiring quickly in the onslaught.
Now, I could not be happier! Since purchasing new upgrades for my lightsaber I have engaged in countless more battles with the Sith! I have a new plug for the blade, which allows the beam to ignite even faster, with a more maneuverable blade. The Sith may think they have been slowing progress in Ahto City, but thanks to Ultrasabers, our facilities remain unscathed, and the Galactic Republic remains the leading force providing justice to the Galaxy!

Amazing quality sabres
Customer service was amazing! I had a concern and received a reply in about 48 hours. The product I received however was not the greatest of quality for the price paid. Pieces were not together properly and move/shake around. So customer service is phenomenal. Do you get your money worth? In my opinion I do not believe so.

I ordered 2 mystery box sabers for my sons birthday,
One for me and one for him. I dropped the extra money for overnight shipping because I figured there would be some processing delays. I waited for a week with no shipping response, so emailed to question about time frames. I had to email 4 times before I got a response. It got close to my sons birthday and I still had no idea when my sabers would arrive, so I emailed again, with no response. I finally resigned myself to the fact that they probably wouldnt be there on time and tried to contact the company about cancelling my order, still no response. The 2 phone numbers listed for contact are never answered. The final email I sent to request an order cancellation wasnt answered, and my order shipped with no response. The order arrived as placed, but the wait and headache werent worth the product I received. The Aeon V2 I got for my son is great. The sentinel v4 Lexi received has too much rattle in the battery sled to be an effective dueling saber. And significant impact causes the batteries to come dislodged. The led just floats in the body and the shroud and lens rattle constantly. I ordered 150 dollars worth of gear and received what I suppose is 150 worth of merchandise, but am not pleases with the customer service (or lack thereof) that I received. I most likely will not order again, unless I can determine it will be worth the headache again. 3 Star sabers, one star customer service.

I had no issues with my purchase of a Mystery Box, it arrived exactly when it was supposed to after the processing time and everything functions as advertised
Took over a month after ordering. I had to email a number of times to get info on the order. Then my delivery was delayed 3 Days (thanks USPS). Finally get the saber and I'm completely disappointed by what I received. A lot of dings and scratches on the blade. A couple of scuffs on the hilt but the worst of all is the damn rattling inside the hilt. I tried convincing myself it was worth the wait but I'm already regretting this purchase. Overall I'm really disappointed with the saber. I'll try SaberForge next time.
I got my Saber shipped in 3 days overseas. And i'm very Happy with it. At the first day i destroyed my a lightbulb. But it was worth it.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
