I received my saber on time after it was ship but it did have a long lead time. I know it is busy from holidays so it is understandable. Secondly I did not receive the cover tech clip I ordered. However the lightsaber itself works fine and is stunning.
This is a nice company and it has high quality sabers and good customer service the entire thing is amazing.
I spent a reasonable amount of money for an incredible product, couldn't be happier.
The processing time for my order too quite a while, but I attribute this to the fact that my order was placed just after New Years' and so the Christmas rush was most likely still in full swing. Once my order was processed and shipped it arrived within just a few days later, and the quality of the lightsaber is wonderful. I'll definitely buy from Ultrasabers again in the future.
Needed replacement batteries, so I ordered from Ultrasabers. Great price, but shipping took a little bit.
Really high quality! It has a nice bright light and is perfectly balanced for tricks. However, i had to pay over $100 and it didn't even come with sound. It's a little overpriced but other than that it's really good!
When we first ordered, we didn't immediately receive a confirmation so it scared us a bit. But we sent an email and received an answer back about the backlog for confirmations as well as orders. He received it yesterday and it's even better quality than we thought it would be! Overall, except for not getting a confirmation email right after ordering, it was a great purchase and he's already thinking about his next one!

I would rate 5 stars if both sabers worked and had a timely response to my concerns. Great products and would buy again, just think response times could be improved.
Hope for a special saber from my Mystery box but got the most basic stunt saber I could have got. Did not get lucky. Wish I had gotten another saber instead.
The order originally said it would be shipped out 3-5 days after the order was placed. It took 3 weeks to get our order! And to make things worse when I did email the company I got a general response email indicating they were behind on orders. I'm glad this was not. Birthday gift or it would have been late

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
