Unfortunately my experience at the very beginning wasn't a good, my order was delayed and the blade came damaged out of the box. However Ultrasabers did resolved the issue and gave me 20% off for the delay for my next order and will send me another blade.
The saber feels and looks great, well balanced for dueling and combat. Very happy with it

The order proccesing time was pretty long, but I ordered around Christmas. I am excited to receive my Ultrasabers Lightsaber.

Overall it was a great expérience except for the packaging the saber i receceive was already pre assemble and all the video i watch was wrap and dont know what they have
I ordered a saber on Dec. 27, with the expectation that it would take a bit longer than usual due to the Christmas season. It has now been 50 days, my saber is still not here, and I have gotten only auto-replies to my emails. I currently have no money, no saber, and no response from ultrasabers. I am hoping I will get my saber eventually, and when I do it had damn better be worth a 50 day wait with no word of where in the process it is!
When I opened my saber there was a small spot where there seemed to be a wearing spot. Other than that great saber.
The quality (especially the sound) is really good, the material is heavy and doesn't look or feel cheap. The golden color of the hilt is more chopper than gold but besides from that i reeeeeally like it
I bought a cheaper stunt saber just to test the waters and see if these were worth it, and holy these things are amazing. It exceeded my expectations tenfold and i will definitely be buying a much higher quality saber in the future!
Surprisingly for both my mysterbox and grab bag got both the hilt and colors I wanted couldn't have asked for a better choice of sabers highly recommend
I hate having to go this route but perhaps it's the only way ultrasabers will respond to me. I received a broken ultra saber and I sent them an email minutes after it started smoking from the inside of the hilt. I recorded a video of it and sent it to them immediately. That was January 24th. I have sent subsequent emails and left messages on their phone and yet have not heard back from them. Maybe they will pay attention to a review. This is unacceptable that they will not respond to a customer that was sent a broken product. Would not recommend this business due to less than poor customer service.
Blades came quick. Savers took about a month but it was Christmas time.
Messed up info on my side, but US handled it almost right away and corrected my order.
Good saber worth the cost
Ended up getting a lite sound saber, in guardian blue, with a hilt I don't have yet from my mystery box. I heckin love it.
Only issue was the delayed shipping time, but that was from a huge amount of orders which is understandable.
It took a little long to arrive, but I expected that since I ordered in the holiday season, so overall it wasn't too long for holiday delays.
The blade plugs are excellent! I will definitely order more!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
