The products are great quality, but but they have their flaws. The blades do not feel as sturdy as i had hoped and one of my buttons fell off after only two weeks of recieving my saber
My Mystery Box lightsaber came packaged as a grab bag Saber, I complained to Ultrasabers and they didn't reply then on top of that the blade film came loose after a few days of light use and even still after all of that my shipment came 15 days after it was due. This however I can accept as it was just after Christmas and the new film had just came out.
The Hilt was awesome however I purchased the heavy grade and received the mid grade I sent an email about he issue and have has no response
I still haven't received my light saber stand or charger that I paid for.
The product is amazing. But unfortunately I ordered during a busy time, and didn't get my saber for close to 6 weeks. I emailed twice asking a few questions, and never got a reply. I paid for 2 day shipping, but in the end the saber took so long to get here the 2 day shipping was pointless and expensive. I wish communication was better, but the product is fantastic and very well made. I will definitely consider future purchases...I'll just order several months in advance...just in case.
At first, due to the new movie I wasn't too happy waiting 9 weeks from my original purchase to be told that they didn't have my product's hilt, I was in fact pleased with the fact when my saber was shipped it arrived three days time, so thank you I can't wait to open it
Took 5 weeks for my order to even be shipped, but once it was shipped it only took a day to be delivered. The batteries it came with had gone bad or something, and caused the end cap to be glued on. And caused scratches to the end cap when I had to use a wrench to remove it, the battery pack was jammed in with a bunch of black gunk from the bad batteries. Otherwise, I love my new saber
Tell you machinist to pay attention to detail. Holes and edges aren't deburred. I can tell you guys are either very rushed or not into the quality as much as saberforge is.
Also, I'm not happy with the dominicide saberstaff at all. With the soundboard only on one side, it only makes noise for that particular blade and doesnt sense movement or even impacts barely at all. The design definitely needs to be improved upon.
Overall, I still have nice sabers - but I will likely only buy from saberforge from now on. Their quality is much better.

They are practically "unreachable." I have an ongoing issue and it has been nearly a month since I tried to contact initially. I have emailed three times, left message once, called a dozen times hoping someone would answer and I have still yet to receive a response. I want to like this company because I really feel that their products are great. Their communication has been abysmal however,
Lead time is arbitrary. Stay in contact with them in order to move things along. Saber is nice though
It was nice from what I ordered
Ultrasabers mystery boxes really have no transparency on what you could win. Although some people have been very lucky with their orders, most people only really save $10 to $30 by purchasing a random saber. Overall I am happy with the product I received.
Delivery was great, the light saber was awesome. But the electronics were terrible, when i opened the box the button switch was broken. I tried to contact ultrasabers many times via email, phone, and social and never got a response. This is a small issue and but their products are great. It would just be nice for them to do something about a faulty lightsaber. But since i couldn't contact them, i decided to fix it myself.
We bought our son a saber from here at Christmas time. It was fast shipping which was nice but after we got it the batteries died so we put in new ones. Turned on the saber it made a weird sound and shut off. My son went to take out the batteries and it burned his hand. Thought maybe it was the battery. Tried 3 more and the all did the samething. We have emailed them 7 times since December and have not gotten one reply. We have tried calling but you cant leave a message cause their mailbox is full. Do not buy from them, they will take your money but could care less about you as a customer once you purchase. They make faulty products and send them out. Its a shame too because we were going to buy again but after this experience we have gone to their competitor. Dont make a mistake a buy from this company. Go to saberforge and buy from them. They actually care about their customers.
While the product I received was great, I contacted immediately about a change to my saber that would have been appreciated and did not get a response. It also took over a month
The product is great, very sturdy and good quality. Only problem is the colour is wrong. Ordered blue and got green.
Awful customer service, sent multiple emails and called many time and never got a reply back.
The saber was way better than what I thought
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
