Great website with lots of saber variations and good customization. Delivery time is a bit long, but I believe that was just my luck, because I've heard from other people that they received their orders much faster than I did. Customer service and product quality is also very good. Definite a recommended place to shop.

Overall the saber is great especially with the add of color discs to them. The costumer service still has yet to answer my questions only sent an auto message saying to wait for about a week for a response.

Ordered 2 sabers and haven't heard from Ultra sabers as to when delivery will occur, very disappointing and concerned as I have had no response for them.

I ordered two mystery sabers with two different blade lengths and when they came in both blades were the same length. I sent an email but nobody replied or got back to me

The options for creating a ultrasaber are endless and fun. It came a little late in the mail, but they wait was worth it

Ordered 8 weeks ago, product still isn't delivered. Tried to contact customer service to no response. I saved for months to buy my saber and I'm very very disappointed in my experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even if I didn't like the person. In short, Ultrasabers took my money and left me with nothing to show after weeks of waiting.
