Overall great experience. The shipping was a little long, but they were swamped with orders from Christmas and the movie release. I will definitely be ordering from them again though!

I order a mystery saber, and though it did take a little longer then I expected for delivery, which I suspect that was more due to the holiday season them anything else, I very much enjoyed my product. It has been very durable and seems like it will continue to be for awhile

Was very slow, it took a Month due to Winter Extravaganza. Still no excuse. Blade was Damaged when Received. Never Respond to my Emails for my Previous Sabers, and this one. Very poor, But I am willing to give them a Second chance.

The item was processed and built fast but was delayed because of customs. Also when the product arrived it started to malfunction within 24 hours and now does not work. Still have not been responded too about fixing the item that was sent for over a month now.

Great product, will shop again. The prices are reasonable and you get a great saber. Lots to chose from and customize.

It took a while to get a response but when they did they acted quickly and delivered our sabers within two days. Everything was really great with one of our sabers. Excellent quality and worth the wait. One of our sabers is shutting off on its own though. Still no response yet on a fix. Standing by to see what happens. This is why I have it three stars instead of five. If they provide a fix I will gladly change the review.

Ordered as an empty hilt for me to do my own install. I specifically ordered and paid extra for the vented pommel. What I received was a solid pommel. Emailed UltraSabers twice about the error, but now, over three weeks after receiving the hilt and emailing them, I have had no response. At this point I may have to take a drill to the solid pommel to vent it myself and just consider the extra money a loss.

This website is so easy to use and allows you to see everything step by step when creating your own blade. So glad I found it.

I believe I may have received a Grab Bag saber rather than a Mystery Box saber, as it came packaged like a grab bag saber.
