I had ordered a grab bag saber. The random saber I received was worth about $15 more than what I paid for and it is exactly as I hoped it would be. The product is excellent. Only issue I had was the delivery time. For a random grab bag saber ordered at the beginning of January it didn't arrive until mid February (Which I didn't expect it too take that long considering it was not a custom order). But because of the time proximity to the Holiday's AND the release of the last movie I am not too upset at the time it took. Although when I did check in with customer service to verify it's status (as it was labelled as "processing" for well over a month) I never received a reply which is the second time that has happened. All in all the delivery time was bad but had a reasonable excuse, customer service was lacking at least in responsiveness, yet the product itself is perfect and exactly what I wanted.
Took about a month and a half, but worth it! One problem however. The soundboard only has the primary setting available. I can't change it. And I ordered Premium but it works like Obsidian Lite. Except level 2 lol. I'm okay with the rest of it though
I am pleased with the quality of my lightsaber, however the shipping did take a little bit longer than I expected. I did have a little trouble tracking the order, but I received it in the end so it's not really a big hindrance.

This is the 4th light saber I have purchased from Ultra Sabers and it is yet again, a fantastic piece of equipment and a beautifully constructed saber. I will be ordering again very soon.
The lightsaber was great, and it's very high quality. However they never emailed me back when I had any questions, and my order came 2 weeks late.
The saber arrived other than the extended wait time from its original delivery time was too long due to overwhelming orders, the saber is fully functioning and has no errors.
Great site. The delay was unexpected and unreasonable guys. We should have been notified before the purchase, not after having to contact you by email. I had a very disappointed boy in tears who had to wait an additional month for his dream gift.

I grabbed a mystery box for my first time, the site was easy to navigate through with each choice being clear and descriptive. Can not wait to get my next one.
First time buyer. Sabers were legit got one for me and my gf ended up getting a matching MYSTERY saber set. Went a got a coupler to make them into a staff. Very happy with the result.

It took a long time to receive my order and when I got it the product was super sharp and dangerous. I emailed Ultrasabers 3 times and never got a reply until this survey.
The shipping took super long, I was at a hotel in the US, but it didn't arrived on time so I'm back at my country and I have to personally ship it to Costa rica
The delivery was not quick but that is understandable due to the holidays and new movie. I ordered the dark apprentice v4 with midgrade blade but I recieved dark apprentice LE v4 with heavy grade blade. It's not a big deal but a little strange. That being said, the lightsaber looks and works great! Despite things being a bit strange for this order I still plan on ordering again.
Took forever to ship
Misleading lead times were listed on their webpage and customer service takes weeks to get back to you through email. Also received stuff that broke after a week or so. They take your money and provide no follow up. Their phones are just pre recorded messages about how hard they are working with full mailboxes. Just terrible.
