It was the Holiday season so they were busy. It took a little more time than I had anticipated due to this but my saber was most excellent! Highly recommend getting a Diamond Controller. You get what you pay for

I am missing a item, i've send a mail to costumer service arround the 20th of january. I haven't heard from it since.
The Sabers I received were beautiful, I was just a bit cut up about not getting sound with one of them but I guess that's the fun of getting the mystery box. NEXT TIME HOPEFULLY!

They are amazing and the process is so easy and straight to follow.
The build quality is great, I have gotten 3 mystery boxes and the hilts are awesome. The only complaint I have is that somehow the random sabers I've gotten, all three are orange, it would've been nice to get some different colors

I placed an order 1/15/2020... today is 2/18/2020 and my order still says processing, I have reached out via email 5x and phone 2x with no response. I bought this as a gift and i missed the day due to it never coming and i have yet to even get an answer to when or even IF it will ever come. So over it all just give me my $$$$ back and have a great day
I purchased a mystery box as a gift for my boyfriend and upon receiving, he immediately opened it up and assembled it. It was his first saber! We were both so excited! Assembly was easy and fun and also... WE GOT SOUND! Very happy with my purchase!
This is my second order (technically third... i ordered a covertec belt clip) and now that i have the right expectations on time i have a lot more patience for my order. For reference, i ordered my new sabers on valentines day and im not expecting anything until at least april. And thats fine. Customer service will get back to you, eventually, and the build quality is great. A bit loud for my taste, but the obsidian board i got is able to be changed when i plug it into my computer. Software is pretty easy to use. Overall satisfied. Not sure if my coupon codes went through for the extra sabers i put in coupons for though. The price coupons went thru so im sure they did just wish there was something in the confirmation as well so i know what im getting for sure. Overall positive if you have patience.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
