At first I was very excited to be placing my order for a mystery box ultrasaber. I watched the video that was on the mystery box page and thought the ultrasaber was ready to ship based on what I had seen. After placing my order and waiting about a week to get shipping confirmation I reached out to customer service and found out they were on backorder because of the recent holiday and the new movie so I was kinda ok with that, but I thought well maybe the promo video should be disabled until their ready to ship. Upon receiving the ultrasaber I was very disappointed in the way it was packaged. The blade was pre-installed and the whole thing was wrapped in clear bubble wrap. This made me feel that the whole notion of it being random was not entirely true, again this is all based on the way this product was advertised on your website. I do think you sell a quality product, but the mystery box experience was not executed the way it was advertised and made me feel a bit cheated to be honest. I didn't even want to review the product because I didn't enjoy the experience, but I got an email from ultrasabers asking to review my experience so here it is.
These guys were great, I would have liked communication to be a bit better, but i understand how busy they've been.
Delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. There were customers who ordered after me and received their products before me.
Company makes good products but took almost 3 weeks to arrive (mystery saber so an easy one to ship) and they also have no returns without a fee. Which I have recently ordered my second one and cannot change something i missed now without costing me money, even though it has not been processed and likely wont be for another week at minimum. All in all though good product and worth the wait as long as you look through everything first

Awesome saber. Even better customer service. After I had ordered, I asked for modifications which was made easy for me by the customer service team. Extremely quick turn around and delivery to Australia.
I love the products. I received 2 x $200 mystery boxes, and was very satisfied with the sabers. I also understand that you were backlogged due to the new movie release and the Christmas holidays. However, the sabers did take almost 5 weeks to get here. I also ordered a stand for each of them, and of course, you are currently out of stock, and have emailed that I will be refunded. Therefore, As much as I like the products (and have already ordered a $1200 package of mystery boxes, 4 x $75, and 4 x $200 on Feb 13th 2020...Yay Frankensaber!), I can't give the 5 stars I would like too...Hopefully 5 stars on the next order. Even after changing my order they still kept delivery under 4-5 weeks to an international buyer during their busiest time of the year, took them a few weeks to reply to my emails but once it was sorted they seemed to ship my new hilt away within a few days, has been dropped a couple times on concrete pretty harshly and the LED's and sound-card are just fine

I was unable to contact them for MONTHS. These people literally ignored every single email and phone call I sent them, asking where my saber was after it was over a month behind. I thought I got ripped off for a while, because I had no idea what was happening.

Overall pretty decent experience. First sabers I've bought for dueling. Customer service never got back with me, but my product was delivered after like a month so that was awesome.

The wait time was a little long but I expected that because of the time of the year I placed the order. The product was perfectly fine
I ordered one of the cheaper savers and it still came out amazing, definitely worth the price.
All was good. I purchased 2 of the 75$ mystery boxes and I even received one with lite sound. Everything works and I enjoy the purchase I made.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
