Hello everyone, I received my guardian saber Saturday morning by fedex, I'm very happy just that I should have asked for a port to directly recharge the batteries. I am waiting to see in time how the sword behaves. Congratulations again for your work. Joachim alias cal8591
My wife ordered two of the mystery box sabers for me for my birthday and they did not disappoint. These two sabers are an awesome addition to my collection. Will be ordering more in the future.
I will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly caution anybody contemplating it to find a more professional company. I never received my full order (missing a saber stand) and after communicating with Joshua MULTIPLE times, still do not have it. Additionally, I made TWO purchases within 5 days of each other and was promised a 4 week lead time which is also unfulfilled. To make matters worse, after I became absolutely fed up and demanded a refund three days ago, communication ceased. They STILL haven't cancelled my order and STILL haven't refunded my money. It's clear Ultra Sabers cares little for their customers and their experiences, avoid them at all cost.
Love the product
Everything is nice and shipping was decent, but everytime I barely swing the saber the light will cut off, and I try switching it off and on but no light, I have to tap the hilt until it'll eventually start working again. Kind of a bummer seeing as this is supposed to be a stunt saber you can spar with but I can't move it around without it turning off. Looks nice though.
Took a long time, although understandable as this was during the holidays. Upon receiving, they are beautiful. One saber discharges super quickly, even without using it much. After asking what initially took long, I got a response that consisted of an apology, and a coupon. Although this coupon is decent, it would only help me if I ever purchased from them again, which I am unsure of for the foreseeable future. That may change, however. Overall, a good experience? Perhaps.
I love the hilt but it was missing a piece that was advertised to come with the hilt I had sent 2 emails in regards to missing piece with pictures, and had no contact back addressing the concern. The saber works well and is a beautiful piece but my experience has been tainted by the lack of communication after the saber purchase and therefore the opportunity to make it right.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
