It took a little longer than four weeks to ship which was very disappointing.
The order was correct apart from the stands which I was quickly informed by customer service that they were out of stock and would be refunded.

I bought one for my son. It took a little longer than anticipated to get shipped but I understand it was also the holiday season. The 2 stands I also ordered did not come in with the saber and I had gotten an email they were on back order I should get them Feb 9. Its Feb 21 and still patiently waiting on the stands.
Other than that glitch, the saber I purchased is very good quality, very sturdy and lightweight.
I placed an order of the Butcher saber on Jan 13, still haven't got it till Feb 21. And I'm asked to write a review for confirmation of my order. So here goes.
I never received my saber. I love the company, however I never received the saber and it's been almost two months.

The User Interface was very good to use and helpful in explaining certain parts that could be selected. What I would recommend is that some parts be placed in more detail and have more images in relation to these parts for total expectation on what is being purchased.

Shopping here was good especially for purchasing my first lightsaber, and I understand completely that I ordered it during the holiday season and during the new Star Wars movie but I had waited all through January and during that time I had sent an email about the long wait. Thankfully I received an email back and my lightsaber was shipped out in 2 days and it arrived in safely and with no problems to it at all. It's exactly what I wanted so it was definitely worth the wait.
I bought the dark initiate v4 in tri-adgean silver with color discs. It ended up being a really quality product, even though I was sceptical at first, since i have never bought one before. The only bad thing about the saber was that it took the better part of 2 months to arrive. The hilt is surprisingly sturdy, and the light is very bright, even with two color discs in at once. I only wish the discs themselves would be more absolute colors. The red, green, and blue, should show up as their respective color. Instead, you have to experiment with them to see what looks nice.
I definitely enjoyed my mystery saber that i got quite a bit and now i am still waiting on my custom 'The Fallen' saber to come in! Thank you
The lightsaber feels great and the lights on it look amazing, but it had some scratches on it when I received it at the tip of the saber and I have no idea how considering it was packed great. I dont think its thatbog of a deal considering its gonna get scuffed up eventually, but others might not be as easy going as me considering the lightsabers aren't cheap.

They need to improve their customer service it is extremely hard to get a ahold of them.

Ordered the 75$ mystery box and got a saber that retails for 70$. The site clearly states that the if you order a 75$ mystery box you are promised a retail value of at least 75$ per saber. I could of ordered a stunt saber and picked the color.
I received my mystery box but not the one that I custom built.
