At first I was extremely confused on what all the different options meant for all of the different sabers. But thanks to the great way the website is layed out, and all of the super helpful videos, I was able to figure it out, thanks Emery! And thank you Ultrasabers for making such amazing products!
I purchased 2 mystery boxes around mid Jan and they arrived around 3 weeks later to UK, Scotland which isn't that bad at all. Quality of the lightsabers are excellent, just a bit disappointed that I received 2 very basic sabers in my mystery boxes ( no windows in the emitters etc). It hasn't stopped me ordering more though with hopefully better luck this time. Would definitely recommend to others.
Unfortunately in a world where Amazon prime exists I think all of us have become a little too accustomed to getting things rather quick, and while I was disappointed with the weight and having to contact to make sure that my order was properly processed and still being shipped, I see still feel that it was absolutely 100% worth the wait and I will absolutely be purchasing again hopefully in the very very near future
It would have been nice if all 3 of my mystery box sabers weren't so plain

Sent in an email following up on a promotion, zero response.
Had to use FB chat, and multiple other email addresses with their team in order to get our order processed. What I ordered that showed in stock was ultimately not in stock. Options given were not appropriate, counter options I had to suggest were more appropriate and then was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by giving me a product that wasn't my choice but was at least similar (different colors). Still required more prodding afterwords to get the order processed and shipped. And they didn't even ship before the actual parts I wanted were in, so it felt like I made a different choice for nothing.
Delays are fine - but communicate them, a customer shouldn't have to repeatedly prod for answers. Changes due to stock are fine, just make better suggestions - and ship before the ETA of the parts I ordered were actually in. If this company could clean up their service side they would be the premier saber maker in the world.
They're good sabers, we dueled with them for hours today. Great for starting out. Just the customer service side needs a lot of help to really be a quality company to do business with.
The rush season is bad right now and ultrasabers customer service does a very poor job answering emails in a timely fashion. And when they are answered, the followup responses come extremely slowly (I emailed ultrasabers with a question, and when I responded with a change to my order I got no response)
That being said the quality/price ratio from ultrasabers is excellent and the wait times, though long, are way shorter than many other custom saber companies.
All stars taken off are due to poor management of the overwhelming order load in the winter 2019/spring 2020 season
The light on my new lightsaber doesn't work. The company has ignored the 6 emails I've sent them and they do not answer their phone. Worst company ever.
Saber was delivered in just over two weeks which was shorter than expected due to living in England. Customer service very helpful and make the ordering process simple. Will look to purchase from here in the future
The lightsaber my son received is his second mystery box lightsaber. They are both awesome especially for the price! The second one came with sound and they were both the standard 75 dollar lightsabers! Shipping did take a while, but still reasonable, just make sure you order a few weeks before you need your order. Email responses seam to take a while, but also reasonable. We did have a problem with the light cutting out while the sound still works. The light only cuts out once in a while though. I emailed ultrasabers about the problem and we will see what happins. Then i will review again. Still, the products do seam awesome. We also ordered some other items like grab bag blades and a few others and everything was great their.
I ordered the Mystery box with the heavy ultra edge and everything was perfect. My shipment and delivery time were acceptable, especially since the newest movie just hit. I received my order January 13th and ordered another mystery box and a custom saber January 31st. Thanks!

I've contacted the company a couple of times and have never recieved a response.
I had a regular saber take almost if not 5 weeks to ship, and it's color was not changed when I was told the color had been changed as requested

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
