I loved the purchasing and customization, but the time to actually get the saber was my only gripe.
Took longer than expected to receive, but customer care did explain the backlog issue. And my son loves his saber!
It was pleasant. I ordered the mystery box and I was surprised how well made the sabers were. It was more than I expected. Shipping considering the influx of orders was understandable and compared to the other saber companies is still the best. Once the orders slow down I plan on ordering more.
I'm immensely satisfied with the product that arrived, but the level of communication surrounding the 4 week lead time was subpar. I never received an email confirmation for my order, which you would usually expect to provide an ETA to set some level of expectation. Instead the only information was the order status of 'Processing' that it stayed in for almost 5 weeks with no emails or updates. During this same time I received several promotional emails for additional purchases, demonstrating a flawed priority in customer communications. In the end everything worked out and I had my ultrasaber just in time, but some clearer communication would go a long way. I will consider purchasing again when there are no lead times and the 1-3 business day processing time touted by the site can be achieved for the absolutely awesome products sold here.
Great saber but worth the wait!
Came in five days, quick delivery and as described.
My order came through quickly and was as expected for a mystery box order. However my friend who ordered a custom saber and lives at the same address has been waiting for about 31 working days (7 weeks) despite being told the order would only take 15-20 working days (4 weeks).
Whilst I'm happy with my order, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication to my friend.
Solid for dueling, a little fat for a comfortable grip. Electronics could use a basic chassis.

No I have not received my order yet. I understand the situation you guys are in, but I have not gotten my order yet.
I placed an order with this company on January 5th, and received my product in mid February. Upon receiving the package I found that the blade had been damaged in shipping, and the emitter did not produce any light. I also found that the saber stand I ordered was not included in the package. I immediately emailed their customer service department, and after nearly 2 weeks of waiting for a response, finally received a cop out email stating that they would ship my stand as soon as they were in stock. It should be noted that they did not inform me up front that they were out of stock. More importantly, they did not even address the damage to the saber. Do. Not. Place an order with this company. Pick someone that will actually respond to your emails and that will take the care to package things so they are not damaged in shipping.
I placed an order from this company on 1/23/20 and did NOT receive it until 2/22/20. I contacted their customer service 3 times with no response and no one ever answered the phone number listed on their website.
Ordered a mystery box and was happy with the result.
Only Problem was order time. Was expecting same week shipping at the very least but it didn't arrive until almost 3 weeks later. I could have driven to their Texas HQ in 4 hours instead...
Otherwise was just fine.
I still haven't received my ultrasaber but I received this product two. Even though j place it two weeks after.
I have received my ultrasaber and i am very pleased with it. Thank you for you patience with me. I will be ordering more in the future
