I ordered a mystery box and seemed to get a grab bag. I still like the saber I received, but in a month I still have not gotten a response.
Overall it was an ok experience I'm happy that I got answer regarding me saber being but it was an ok experience
I ordered a "mystery box" lightsaber for my birthday, it cost $75 + $15 shipping. When it arrived, I found that the activation button was stuck in the "on" position. In an attempt to find out why, I opened the bottom of the saber to check the battery pack. When I did, the entire lighting rig (LED housing, wires, button, and battery pack) fell out of the hilt.
The button had been cracked in half and that's why it wouldn't press and depress like a normal button. So I paid $90 for a lightsaber to last all of 5 seconds before it fell apart. Absolutely terrible. I will definitely not be odering one of these again. I wasn't aware that "mystery box" meant defective trash.
Placed an order on Dec 15th. To date there has been no communication from this company. They take money and do not deliver anything anything. No way to call and speak with them. No way to communicate by e-mail. I am having to put in a claim with my CC company and file a police report. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.
I love the ultrasabers I have bought for my family. We have five different ones, it takes them a while to get them shipped but the quality is worth the wait.
It was a good experience but I expected a little more as sound. The construction is solid and light, it can be easily used. Thank you.
The saber lights up brightly. Only complaint is the hilt I got is a little basic, but I got the mystery saber so I got what I paid for.
I love Ultrasabers. Saberforge has sleek designs and all, but it's too small and I find my hands uncomfortable. Not Ultrasabers. Ultrasabers have great designs and it feels just right in my hands. Their also more affordable than their other competition. Ultrasabers have awesome customer service, ( especially since there was nothing wrong with my orders.) Hard to beat shipping times, and just an overall amazing service. They have for sure made a customer for life.

I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and detail on all the sabers. However the soundboard on one of my sabers doesn't function properly. The saber will light up but there is no sound. I have a picture of the damaged saber on the left with an intact one on the right. I have sent this information to them but I have yet to receive a response. It has been two weeks now.

The Guardian is great, the company is really backed up right now so I don't blame them for wait times as there's a lot going on in the world. But I can not give a higher rating than I did just based on the experience. I'm buying other products from them, and still waiting on several (a couple which were ordered long before this one was) so. We'll see.
The saber itself is a great product, the shipping took around a month and a half, but its understandable. Overall quality product, will buy again!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
