Lightsabers were great but delivery time was longer than expected. The delay was understandable though due to the high volume of orders during the holidays.

I recently ordered a lightsaber from UltraSabers. Due to circumstances not entirely in their control, UltraSabers experienced a backlog in their production and distribution of orders. This meant, of course, that orders took much longer to fulfill (mine included). In spite of this, UltraSabers never stopped working to honor its commitment to its customers and get their orders completed and shipped out to them, even if it meant working around the clock, 7 days a week! That shows how important customer satisfaction is to them. It is just as important to them as the production of top quality lightsabers that they are known for. I thank Emory Harris and the entire UltraSabers Workshop for their hard work and continuing dedication to excellence. I want to give a special thank you to Erin, who responded to my email and made sure my order was completed and shipped out to me within her promised time frame. I really want to thank UltraSabers for my lightsaber. Even though it took a little longer to receive it than was expected, it is definitely worth the wait. It is beautifully designed and crafted, just a true work of art. I'm a long time Star Wars fan and truly appreciate and enjoy adding my saber, the Ahsoka Tano inspired Fulcrum model, to my SW collection. Like the Force to a Jedi, it will be with me always. Thank you.

Have ordered from 4 sabers from Ultra Sabers as well as extra blades (all separate orders). Normally delivery has been super fast. My last order has been delayed a bit, but have received 2 emails from them stating the reasons. Good company, great product!
Should not take a month to ship
Order took a while to be filled but customer service came through and got order expeditive and delivered in a timely manner.
There are cons and pros. Cons first. It took 5 and a half weeks instead of 3-4 weeks but i understand from all the orders. I sent 3 emails and it took 1-2 weeks to get a reply. But once again I understand. Those were the cons. The pros are that the Sabers are excellent though! I love them! Will definitely order again! I don't mind waiting, I just like hearing about something.
Amazing saber, wonderful customer service
Overall a good company, customer service & great product, just waiting in a email reply regarding refund due to a certain part that wasn't in stock for the product we ordered, otherwise my rating would be 100%.
So they're busy... but they clearly have forgotten how to run a business. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. They took my money immediately, however, they have only communicated with me once. They told me more than 1 week ago that they would ship my order within 1-2 business days, however, they still haven't shipped and have not answered any of my inquiries since. Stay true to your word, hire more people, advertise your lead time, and COMMUNICATE with your customers.
Delivered late. Product is amazing
Recived a mystery box unwrapped and assembled with broken parts. The saber is unusable.
