You shipped my blade fast unlike my light saber.
I was happy with my mystery box sabers. There were questions about shipping which were answered in a very quick time and it was all straightened out.
I ordered a saber about 5 to 6 weeks ago and turns out that I need to do a review or something to confirm my order, so my rating is a 3/5 mostly by the lack of service but this is a popular website and have good sabers, but at least show that I need to confirm my order in the website instead of gmail.
The order on the 20th January has been recieved, great mystery box, I am still waiting on 2 orders, one the 29th January and one on the 5th February...

I ordered 2 sabers on the same day. I received 1 and it had a dent in the blade. Customer service still has not replied to that, despite a few emails on that alone. They responded over a month later about my 2nd saber which I still had not received. They did give me a 20% for a next purchase but I'm not sure if I Will buy from them again. They claim they're overwhelmed with orders but my pile of emails and phone calls that go straight to voice mail but the lack of response is concerning. I may try Saber Forge next time...
Ordered a $75 mystery box for my son, he paid for it with money he received for Christmas. He was delighted when the package arrived to the U. K. 2 weeks before the website stated but even more delighted when he opened the package - he received a premium sound lightsaber with rechargeable batteries. It's very realistic, great sound, super bright light and appears to be robustly made, he's already taken down a ceiling light bulb with it!
I have ordered my ultrasaber towards the middle of January and in 6 weeks now they have not responded to any phone call I have sent nor the many emails regarding this issue. Honestly I understand the influx of orders they've received because of the movie but it's honestly ridiculous on how long it has taken to get a single response from the ultrasabers team. This experience is terrible and I will never order here again.
Spend over 120 on mystery box which is 75 each. I bought 2, but one of the sabers was worth 70. Not even getting my money worth.
Overall experience was great, but I used the wrong address for delivery and emailed customer service to try and change the delivery address but never received a response. Luckily I still have family at the address I used and they where able to forward the saber to me once it arrived.

Several parts arrived separated due to weak glue, but otherwise the order was complete and well machined.

Wonderful service, fast and everything was as I have dreamed about.
I bought my ultrasaber in January 19, until February 2 the website still had my order as "processing" so I decided to send an email asking about my order status. I received a response back in February 19 (1 month later of my purchase) where customer service told me that they will care that my package will be sent in the next 2 bussiness days, which they did (My package was sent in February 21).
After all that long wait time, I received my ultrasaber yesterday (February 27), which actually was in a very good condition (see photos).
About my product, it was a saberstaff, sadly, activation buttons don't perfectly align in a straight line when they're connected (see photo).
Also, I'm from outside USA (Chile), so when my package arrived, it was blocked due to they needed a national ID identification to send it to my house. After FedEx contacted me and I sent them the info through email, they finally send it one day after that. Sadly, I had to play an extra 37 USD when it arrived home for custom costs, so for someone that doesn't have the money in that exact moment, It would have be a problem.
Even with all of that, I'm really happy about the product that I received and would recommend to some friends to buy their own ultrasabers for dueling.
My son loves his light saber. My only qualm is the batteries don't last very long.
My experience was overall ok but the customer service could probably use some work.

I have two orders. The first, I was never told the item shipped, it never arrived here and now I have absolutely no idea where it is; I have been asked to confirm delivery and NO, I never got the item. Who has it?! The second one has never shown as "processing" AT ALL, despite my card having been billed for the purchase. There is no response to inquiries except a form email telling me exactly nothing.
I know US is backlogged and I expected a wait, that was fine - but to ship my item just anywhere and have it be lost, no that isn't cool.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
