Within 30 minutes (no battling or banging) the tip of the saber blade popped off. The website says all tips are threaded and this one was clearly not threaded or even glued. We are very disappointed and expected a higher quality product for the price. We sent an email as soon as it happened and are waiting a response from Ultrasabers.
Ordered after xmas, and the backlog was quite large. But the sabers arrived and are working like a charm.
Contacted customer support to exchange one blade for a shorter one. Never got a reply.
The product was easy to order and got to me on time. I always recommened ultrasabers and will continue to do so.

I ordered my first saber from this website a couple weeks ago on the 8th of February, at this point I'm getting nervous that i was scammed out of a lot of money and that it will not be shipped. If it's not updated this week, I'll be writing an email to them. From the reviews I've read I hope they get back to me quickly, and not wait a month to write me back.
Went as expected and like the product.
I ordered one, as a gift, well over a month ago. When it became clear that it wouldn't arrive in time, I requested a cancellation of my order. They admitted, via email, that my order hadn't even been pulled yet, but they could pull it and have it shipped in a couple of days. Unfortunately, that was unacceptable as I'd already had to go with plan B for a gift. They cancelled my order, but still charged me a 20% "reshelving fee" for an order they hadn't even started. I don't recommend anyone do business with these people. Use one of their competitors.
TL; DR: Company charged my 20% for failing to live up to their own commitments. Screw them.
