You get what you pay for?
Everything was perfect. The order was completed and shipped in three days. I chose Fedex as delivery service with option of express delivery. From USA to Europe it took only few days and everything arrived as promised. I'm very satisfied.
Great quality sabers. Got them for myself, family, and friends. We spar nearly every weekend. Great fun to be had.
I ordered a saber for my son's birthday on the 22nd Jan and requested in the drop down boxes that the colour be changed from the standard blue to orange. When the order details came up at time of payment there weren't full details given so I assumed my order was as requested. Imagine my surprise to get an email confirming my payment and listing all individual components stating I had ordered the blue not orange (why this wasn't this list before payment then I would have realised something was wrong?). The email said to contact them immediately by email if there was a problem. I emailed within 30 minutes of placing the order and wasn't too concerned I hadn't received an email immediately because they said their lead time was 3-4 weeks at this point. Well, no email from them and low and behold in less than a week the lightsaber arrived (we are in the UK). I cannot fault the lightsaber, it is great and I'm very impressed with their international delivery service. What I am disgusted with is that it is NOT the colour we ordered and it is now the 2nd March and they have not responded to a single email I have sent to try and get this sorted out. Luckily my son has accepted that the expensive birthday present he requested is not as he wanted but I am appalled at the dreadful customer service or rather complete lack of it that I have had and therefore would not purchase again from the company.
This is my second sabre now i ordered the $200 grab bag after receiving my $75 grab bag, great looking sabre, sounds great to, just waiting on a refund for the sabre stand that never came due to no stock, other then that no complaints here, definitely worth the money.

The Quality is top notch and the saber works great. The fabrication took longer than expected (Ordered Jan 15, received Mar 2nd) But communication was good and never felt ignored. Will definitely order again.
I placed my order in January and received my Saber (The Fallen) around 5 weeks later. Which was to be expected bc the new movie just came out and the shop was flooded with orders. Lead time was around 3-4 weeks. Once 4 weeks passed, I sent an email to get information on my order status. Customer service was awesome, they replied very quickly and made an effort to get my order shipped out as soon as possible (I even got a non expiring 20% coupon code). When my Saber arrived however, some small parts were quite loose and fell off so I had to reglue them. That's not a big deal in itself but you're kind of expecting a certain quality when you're spending nearly 300$. But all in all I'm very happy with my Saber and I'm probably gonna order from Ultrasabers again.
Awesome product just slow processing. Not knocking a star off for that though there was a very rough machining edge on one of them that cut me pretty bad.
I placed an order for 3 $75 mystery sabers and 1 $200 saber. We got them all in a good time frame and they are amazing! My boys were very excited and so was I!
I've ordered from Ultrasabers 3 times in total, and have had good expirences. If you're interested in there products, then I recommend them to you.
Overall shopping for the item was simple and step by step. The customer service was helpful however, wasn't very quick to my questions which is frustrating as anyone who shops online may know. The delivery time took very long but was more or less expected. The product was well worth the wait minus the fact that a few pieces had fallen off and one was missing. All minor though and don't cause issues.
Amazing sabers that are solid in construction. I ordered stunt sabers because I didn't care for sound. Saber light up very well even in daytime. Only downside is that the sabers took 8 weeks to arrive when it was initially stated that lead time is 3-4 weeks. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience and will likely order more sabers in the future.
Tracking info was not provided very quickly, but it happened to arrive shortly after my nerves were starting to get unsettled. I got the shipping info within 2 weeks and it was at my door in 3 days.
Solid initiate (shorter- 24in) light saber, gave me a good idea of what kind of customizations I wanted to try next. Will be back for more. Hoping to add premium sound and possibly different buttons and switches.
I ordered a saber with accessories from UltraSabers right around christmas. I sent them a note asking exactly when it would ship. About a week later they responded to my inquiry saying that they were absolutely swamped with orders. I told them not to worry but yes keep the two day Express shipping on the saber because I wanted it as soon as they were done. They were very kind and sent me updates every week for the next 4 weeks while they were mining the rare earth elements and harvesting the right Crystal's for my exceptionally rare orange blade. They immediately let me know when it shipped and it arrived the next day. Really happy with the sevice and the product. 5 stars!
The mystery box I received was amazing. Got a very nice Guardian blue lightsaber. Quality is great, now just waiting on my next order

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
