It took four weeks and four business days to receive the order. It took four weeks to receive personal response about the status of my order and I only received that after I threaten to cancel the order. My son also had to get involved because the item was a gift for his son's birthday. I can understand having a back order. But when a customer calls numerous times and email you numerous times about the status of their order at least have the courtesy of providing them with a personal response.
