Very quick and great product
I received my order quickly and accurately. I love my Grandmaster sabers.
I bought a mystery stunt saber, and I have to say it's something that I really liked. I got a color I didn't like, but it's like destiny chose for me so it's fine by me!
Shipping was delayed and communicated well until I sent customer service an email. One I received the tracking info it arrived within a few days. Took longer than expected but happy with product once it arrived.

The website shopping experience was good, the delivery time for the saber was great. I did email customer service around February 15th because I didn't receive the stand for the saber that I ordered, but have not yet gotten a response, so I did rate the customer service very low.

My over all product was very good and well packaged. These sabers are very well made and top tier movie quality for the price that you pay its pretty much a steal. However because of the backlog with orders i recieved my product late. I contacted them through email a month ago and still have yet to respond. I ended uup contacting them through facebook messenger and i did recieve a response and they did have very well comminication and once they realized my order was late they shipped it right away. Im sill having issues with the saber forum and have yet to recieve a response from them on my issue. Product is amazing! But communicaton as of right now is very low, however i will continue to keep buying from this company and i recommend you do so too. Just wait until mid year to order since they are filled with orders due to The Rise Of Skywalker.

The delivery was phenomenal, i didnt realise it would take that quickly to get to me considering its a international package.
Not only that but once i opened the product i was in love with it straight away, Recommend getting a mystery package (Like i did myself) if you dont want to spend to much and are looking for a cool lightsaber to use as decoration.
These are the best lightsabers ever, they take shorter time then saberforge and these lightsaber are also really good for dueling with my brother (who also has one)
Ordered on Friday and received one week later in Italy!
Just one thing, I received my mystery box completely mounted with no paper around the hilt as it should be. Maybe I received a grab bag saber instead of MB. Anyway very happy of the result! I will reorder again!
It was overall a great experience. I had a bit of a scare or confusion at one point when I got a request to confirm arrival, but otherwise it was fine. The received light saber had some sticky glue in a few spots, but it was removable. Only tiny spots near the top of the hilt. Otherwise, great saber.
I ordered two $75 mystery sabers. They are good quality. I wish I would have gotten 'lucky' and received one with sound. Overall I am pleased though
I absolutely love my saber, but Ultrasabers service was nothing short of atrocious. I was told 2-4 weeks. The order took almost 6 weeks. I don't mind waiting, but during those 6 weeks, I sent 3 emails and called twice. To date, not a single one of my inquires has been returned. Things like an order influx, parts shortages, and shipping delays are all excusable. Failing to follow up with a buyer is not. I cannot support a company that treats their customers in this way.
They were just wrenches but they came pretty fast and they work so I didn't really have any issues

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
