I know they are really busy right now, February, but they rushed my hilt. I have cut my hand a few times play with the light saber. I have messaged them to warm them, for future hilts, but no reply back. They, also, missed a few items. The missing items weren't expensive, but a reply back would be nice. Their facebook team is awesome though.

Customer service ignored my email and delivery took double the time it said it would. Product was great though.

I ordered a mystery box saber and it got here within 5 days AND it had premium sound and I couple other upgrades. Paid $75 for the saber but got one that was worth $240! It made my day and was so fun to show off and mess with, especially the sound board that the premium comes with.

This is my first purchase and definitely not my last. I couldn't be more satisfied with the saber I received. I definitely recommend ultrasounds to anyone interested in purchasing a lightsaber.

This was an awesome and super easy experience. I wasnt sure whether or not I wanted to do a star wars cosplay without a proper lightsaber. So I decided to get a mystery box saber and I instantly fell in love.

I love it so much in fact that I've got a prophecy v3 on the way. Except this ones got an obsidian v3 soundboard. And a FREE INITIATE SABER! Thanks ultrasabers.

They took a few weeks longer to ship than their 3-4 weeks, but it was still totally worth the wait. And once they shipped they got here super quick, in around 4 days with free Fedex ground shipping, so I'm not really complaining that much. Now tis time to kill my traitorous friends in style!
