Badly machined hilt with sharp edges and aluminum shavings rattling around inside. Also one of the spare parts I ordered was wrong, even though the order showed the correct part number.

I bought a mystery Saber with a stand and they didn't send the stand and Ive sent about 15 emails asking for it and they just don't reply! Go to saberforge! Or kyberlight. These guys suck!

My order has been very late no one has responded to emails or calls and it is A bit ridiculous that I have to spend so much to get nothing can't even get a refund because no one has answered any emails or calls
The delivery was late, and it took weeks for my email to be replied to. However, the product is superb in quality and it was well worth the wait. If Ultrasabers can fix their delivery times I will likely order something again!
Amazing sabers and customer service
Delivery time could have been faster, but all in all happy customer. Looking forward to my next order... Whenever it arrives.
The email responses that I did recieve were automated due to high volume, but i did eventually get some saying that the delivery came. As well as a notice that it was prepared to be shipped. The shopping experience was made easy and the only hard part wss to make up my mind on the purchase.

The light saber is great, but customer service was not so great
Ultrasabers is great, excellent customer service, and magnificent products. I had issues with Fedex though, spent several hours arguing with them over the phone to have them deliver to the proper town. They wanted me to drive 200km to come pick it up.
So far i have ordered 2 mystery box sabers, both of witch were processed and shipped in a timely fashion and i received both within 7 days of ordering. So far so good, first one i received the initiate v4 witch is a $65 hilt but also came with basic sound... i won that round about a month later i order another not such a mystery "mystery box". I received my second order this morning only to find that i got the same exact hilt as a stunt basic saber. I do realize that it is a gamble but 2 of the exact same thing only difference being one doesn't have sound seems slightly ridiculous given the amount of hilts they have to select from. I also experimented with the different blade types ( ultra edge and regular mid grades) ultra edge takes the cake 110% was not impressed by the regular mid grade when comparing the two side by side. Light is hard on the eyes. Ultra edge though looks great and fills the entire blade while the standard does not. Quality of the product seemed overall to be good and worth the money but in both hilts i notice rattling from where the bulb sits, only when blade is removed though. Just be careful when ordering multiple mystery boxes as it seems to be easy to get the same saber multiple times as i have found other reviews sharing the same disappointment
