Easy ordering and payment process
The sabers are great. The lack of communication, their reluctance to update their website to the correct lead time and the inability to contact anyone at Ultra Sabers has ruined this experience. They have a BBB rating of F and bc of the lack of customer service, they deserve it. The product they offer is great but the lack of transparency is a huge issue.
I ordered the mystery saber which I assumed was already remanufactured so I recieved it within a week. The quality of the product is outstanding. I couldn't be more happier with this purchase
Due to the increase in orders, my saber took a little longer to get to me, but I am not going to complain one bit. The product is amazing, and just what I had imagined, just better. The quality of the product is high, and I am very pleased. I can't wait to show it off at DPCC in July. I am looking to buy another saber too since I am very satisfied with the quality and fantastic customer service. I am telling everyone that I know to buy their next sabers here.
The saber itself was excellent condition and very cool to see the look on the persons face who i gave it to. The only bad thing about this whole experience was the fact that i had to wait 6 weeks to receive my saber. I understand with the holiday season and the money and all but it just sucked having to wait a long time.
Ultra Sabers is one of the best sources for quality combat ready lightsabers. They are made to withstand quite a beating, and the attention to detail is spot on. The only issue is that their handle times are 4+ weeks when they're busy. This is such a niche market that top quality lile this takes time, and they're often faster than their competitors. The issue I had with Ultra Sabers is a lack of communication between when my order was processing, and when it was shipped. I needed to make a few changes, and it took about 4 weeks to get back to me via email. They were however able to make the change, and although I had separate orders placed within days, they shipped both at the same time (excellent!). I changed my address online and that didn't go through, and I ended up having to reroute the order to a FedEx store. Fedex is spotty with their deliveries, but I couldn't get a hold of ultra Sabers so they could change the shipping address on their side. That was a slight inconvenience. I changed the shipping address on their website about two days after placing my orders, and they STILL shipped to my original address. There's no way to edit shipments until an Ultra Sabers representative contacts you. That's my only complaint. With a lead time of 4+ weeks I think changing the shipping address shouldn't be an issue. For someone wanting to purchase an US product, be prepared to hurry up and wait. I can attest that ALTHOUGH it takes a while, they WILL get back to you if you need to change your order. The 4/5 is due to the fact I couldn't ensure my package was delivered to my new address within reasonable time of changing it.
Tl; dr: I cannot recommend US higher for getting into the sabering game. The quality of their product is astounding, when you hold a hilt from Ultra Sabers it feels like what a real lighstaber would feel like! The sound LOUD and color is excellent. Be prepared to wait, and have patience. I dropped about $500 dollars on my orders, and that's a scary amount of money to here no reply for weeks on. The lack of communication is frustrating, but WHEN Ultra Sabers gets back to you, they make adjustments accordingly.
I sent in a saber to be repaired. I had it back in a very timely fashion and the cost was very fair.

Customer Service was horrible. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received my first order. When I made any attempt to contact them, I was met with an automated response and was finally responded to over a month after my original order.
Just bought two mystery box sabers, got two dark sentinels one with a silver touch and sound. Perfect chance to come back and get a coupler to make them into a staff!
The Renegade lightsaber hilt came broken in the mail after I waited a long time for it to arrive. I emailed them last week about the broken piece and have yet to receive a response.
The delivery time was very long, but I understand. I've had other custom products made before. They sent out an apology + update explaining the situation and they've been handing out 20% off codes. They've handled it well in my opinion.
The saber itself is great. Good sound, strength, look. I take off one star because the aeon v5 has spikes that are as sharp as some knives. I impaled my thumb on the first day. Skin broke; there was blood.
BUT it's still really cool. If I buy another saber in the future, I'll buy from ultrasabers again.
I tried multiple times to contact your company for customer service related issues. I got no feedback. None. I spent a lot of money with you and can't get a soul to call back or return an email. It's absolutely unacceptable.

I do with mystery boxes were kept track of, just to make sure that I don;t receive the EXACT same saber twice...which is what happened here. The color is different so it will still look nice on my wall, but I just think you should at least get a different hilt each time. Quality is great though, and turn around time was wonderful.

Well I placed my order then read forums and their Facebook site and got worried from all the horror stories but I had the opposite happen was able to talk to customer service (through Facebook) and got my order completed 2 days after four week mark only issue I ordered pointed tips got round.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
