This Saber is everything I could dream! Great first saber, worth every penny. I will definitely want to order more sabers! Great product Ultrasabers!
Now the bad part, the wait was horrible. On my first inquiry to customer service I received an automated response. It did answer my question about why the order was delayed. But I did not receive any updates. I was looking at reviews on line of sabers people got and they had orderd after I ordered mine. Now the good, on my second inquiry I received a email from customer service addressing my concerns and the shipping information. Once sent the saber to about a week to arrive.
But having said all that it was well worth the wait! Would consider a quicker shipping method for the next one.

I purchased a lightsaber along with some friends so we could start a high school club. We choose ultrasabers since we heard they're the best, and the quality really shows time and care went into them. The delivery did exceed the 4 week period, but that was due to the Corona virus outbreak along with the new Star Wars movie. When I contacted their support email, I was given a free discount on future purchases. I will definitely purchase from them again once I save up enough.

My experience was good. While I know that Ultrasabers was experiencing an extremely high amount of orders, their customer service responsiveness and overall openness as a company was horrifyingly bad. Many unanswered emails, barely any status updates, almost no communication whatsoever. To improve as a company, this NEEDS to be fixed. The reason I chose Ultrasabers is that I heard they had great customer service in the past, but this has definitely and obviously changed, and it is quite sad.

I bought my saber during a challenging time for the company. Just coming off the holiday season, release of a new movie and shortage of parts. When I inquired about the delivery time I was told that there were\could be delays. I was then contacted later when they were able to catch up a bit. So the customer service is very good. I wish they had a more automated system for alerting people when things were delayed but maybe something they will work on in the future. But the good news is I got my saber and it's Awesome. Good quality build, setup how I wanted it, nicely packaged for shipping and the information while it was being shipped was good.

I placed 2 orders and waited double the 4 week processing time for one that still hasn't shipped and customer service is a bit lacking, with very intermittent response leaving me with hardly any assistance at all. I ended up finally getting ahold of Laura and Will and was promised both orders, and I confirmed in messenger and email that it was for both, would ship by the 5th of march. Only one shipped and arrived the following tuesday. Overall quality of the basic saber is very nice and I love the product, I just wish I could get my first order that has now become my second lightsaber sooner.
