Understandable delays due to the amount of orders being dealt with aside, the Consular arrived three days after it was shipped, which is great. Only some minor scratches on the shroud

Ultrasabers provides extremely high quality sabers
I ordered my saber and waited in nail- biting anticipation until the day it finally arrived! The craftmanship is top notch, the balance on the hilt and blade is fantastic and I couldnt ask for more that. I ordered February 1st and received it early March. 100% worth the wait! I sent in an email requesting my blade length to be changed from 36in to 32in and received an email reply confirming my change and apologizing for the wait. This is my first saber, and it won't be there last!
I have been a customer for years now and I am always impressed with the quality and customer service I get from US! I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come keep up the great work!

It was just okay. They had terrible communication and for the grab bag I got one less than what they claim. I'll seek a different company the next time I order a saber.
Just purchased my first 3 lightsabers from Ultrasabers during the craziest time of the season when Rise of Skywalker just came out! Best experience with customer service despite of what other reviews talk about. After I placed my order, I saw other lightsabers that I wanted instead. I changed my order 3 times because I couldn't decide due to so many lightsabers! They were extremely patient until I made my final selection and were in constant communication with me via email during the whole process. Received my lightsabers very fast and they gave me the tracking # so I could follow the package until it reached me. Even afterwards, when there was a confusion with an addition item I ordered, they were able to address the issue without any problems. Right now, I am waiting for the Empress lightsaber that is going to be sent out this month. Great product and you can't be a jedi without a lightsaber!

Order took longer to arrive than estimated but did come soon after I contacted customer service. The product arrived great and I am impressed on the quality.
You got one (#*******) of my orders wrong. The "Dark Sentinel v5" was supposed to come with the 32" blade and NOT 36". The blade was supposed to be heavy grade. Whatever I got is not heavy grade. I tried to remove the blade with your hex key. It stripped the screw. I email Brent but he never replied. I will take the hilt to Ace Hardware to get this fixed. I'm afraid to send this back to you because I will never get it back. I tried to call you folks many times but no one ever picked up the phone. I have spent a lot of money but you provide no service.
ORDER #******* is just a 24" heavy grade blade. When am I going to get this? Don't tell me that it will take 4 weeks.
I placed my order of January 20,2020 and received it on March 11, my only complaint is the shipping time. Other that the lightsaber I received is fantastic, it's well built and the TRI LEDs make it light up perfectly. The product is perfect, the shipping time not so much.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
