I placed an order with Ultius and they were not able to complete the order before the due date. I have requested a refund and heard nothing. I sent three emails and spoke with Nick on the phone. I understand that processing a refund may take time, but common courtesy would be to respond to the email so I know that it is being worked on. I also spoke with Nick several times while waiting on my order to be completed, and he promised me that it would get done. I am not happy with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

When it comes to Ultius, how can anyone "be sure that when you place your online order with us for custom essays or research papers, you will be paired with the most qualified writer in your field." when the testimonial supporting that fact embedded in the same web page, is a hired actress from Fiverr.com, who can even do "testimonials in Spanish". I'm sure they'll just change the video to a new actor and provide a reasonable excuse, but trust and discretion is so vital in this type of purchase, bold-face lying within their own site makes them impossible to use, by any reasonable person. They'll probably delete this comment anyway.

This company plagarised 50% of my paper, did NOT meet the deadline, and had to re-do the first paper because the writer completely messed it up. They ACKNOWLEDGED their writer didn't know what they were doing. Here's what they said:

It has come to my attention that you are having considerable trouble with an order, $$$$ I believe. I have done some investigating and first of all I would like to apologize for the behavior of our support representative. That is of course unacceptable and disciplinary action will be taken.

Regarding your order, all I can say is that you are correct. We are not a prideful company, I will not hesitate to admit the error here. The writer has had the requirements of the order explained and if she is determined inadequate for the task, we will make sure you get a different one. The writer went around the editorial staff in delivering the order to you incomplete, but we should have caught that right away.

BAD COMPANY

I have just had my first (and only) experience with ultius.com. After much searching I opted to use their site for an outline I required for class. I was under the impression, based off information on their site, that they would provide a custom outline to my specifications. Sadly that was not the case. I required something more than a typical outline which I informed them of when I ordered; however what I got was an outline that I couldn't use. When I requested a revision I was politely told I got what I asked for and that if I needed something else I would have to pay for it. It was very frustrating because they claim to do customized work for their "clients" but that only means they write about what you tell them, not that they meet all the requirements you set for them. On top of that they charged me $52 more than what they said they were going to charge me and have done nothing to refund me that amount back. So now here I am paying $160 (I was only supposed to pay $108) for something that I can't use. My assignment is late and now I have to do the entire thing myself. Not a good company to use, I'm sure there are other, more honorable companies out there and I suggest you find one.

I didn't think the paper would actually turn out well, but it did! Ultius got me a solid A- on a statistics project that I submitted 2 weeks in advance. I had to call them and make sure everything was okay with the paper, but it turned out good in the end. I am very pleased with their service, and I really like how you can call and talk to a person live. I will definitely use them again if I get another assignment that I don't want to do.

I'm sure this will be removed, but I wanted to get this posted since the experience is fresh on my mind. I recently requested service from Ultius and was extremely disappointed. My request instructions were not followed, and when I requested a revision... I was told I would have to pay more money. Stay away... far away from this service. I should have known better considering the site only shows 4 positive reviews. I sure this one will be removed as well. Very unprofessional.

I'm always researching on the Internet and I came across this site. Honestly, I was in a pinch, so I was looking to outsource. There aren't enough hours in the day, and I needed to produce too many assignments and all at once. Ultius.com recently emailed a newsletter and asked its customers to give reviews, and I wasn't going to but changed my mind. The work I outsourced was a substantial part of my lit review, and I found the writer to be excellent. It wasn't cheap, but it was dependable and helped me out considerably. I also like this site because of their blog. It's full of resources for students of all types. It was a good experience and while I'm almost done with my MA, I would definitely recommend it to other people.

I can't really write. I'd like to think I can, but if you look at the grades on my last few film theory papers, you'll get what I'm saying. Anyway, I had a 13 page film theory paper due on structuralism and post structuralism that needed be done and I didn't know where to start. I came across Ultius. I was skeptical because there are tons and tons of services just like them online but decided to give it a go. I paid my money and uploaded the documents. The writer I got was very friendly. It was about 2 hours before they were supposed to get my paper to me, and I received it. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality. I called in to let them know how impressed I was and that I'd order from them again in a heartbeat. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because no company is perfect and there is always room for improvement.
