Excellent service and feedback throughout the process.

The first writer assigned to me was not very communicative but the customer service immediately responded to my complaint. I requested a different writer and this time communication is not a problem. The writer responds within minutes, clarifies questions to ensure that I get exactly what I need. The papers are of high quality and sent to me ahead of deadlines. The writer is super nice, too. Except the little glitch at first, so far the service exceeds my expectations. Maybe not the cheapest service around but definitely worth every dime. I am satisfied and would recommend Ultius.

So far I've had a positive experience with Ultius. They helped me with my dissertation in the past and the writers respond very quickly to any changes or requests you need, same with the support chat service and email to ask any questions almost immediately which impresses me. I will continue using this service because it has given me outstanding results in passing my course work! :) Highly recommended.

So far so good! I've used their services twice - my first order was this past weekend and I received an A- on my essay and my current order is still pending completion. The communication with the writers are quick, efficient, and the work completed is top-notch. I've never used a service like this before and I am glad that I found it. In my research, Ultius is high-end in all facets and what made me go with them over the "others" was the fact that they are rated "A" with the BBB... how awesome is that?! Definitely eased my worries.

I ordered a custom 10 page paper to test the service before ordering my Master Thesis from them. I am a Master student in a very specific field of law, and my course has extremely high standard in grading papers, so I was worried.
My worry turned out to be unjustified, the paper was really well written in spite of the intricate subject, and was delivered ahead of schedule, allowing me to ask for a review before the due date(which would not have been possible had it been delivered in the date I asked).
The reason for the review was that part of the themed wasn't fully explored, but I see that as a learning opportunity for me as a customer. The writers promptly get in touch with us as soon as the ordered is payed and are open to dialog during the work period, and I didn't take advantage of that, and due to the level of complication of the topic I should have given him more notes and feedback during his research. But I am confident that with less "rare" topics this would not be necessary.
I had my paper written by a undergraduate even though it was Master level work, and he was great at it! The review was made by a PhD, and I didn't like it as much. It might have been those individual writers, or it might be that undergrads are still more versatile, used to researching a wide range of topics on a short schedule...
Their prices are the best I found from a reliable service, would definitely recommend them.

I really like this service i searched very hard to find a writing service that was good. I was very afraid of plagiarism. So far good though.
