Like many of the reviewers before me, I was nervous about placing an order. However, I was immediately put in touch with a writer who took the time to ask questions and fully understand what I needed. I have since place multiple orders with Ultius and plan to continue using them in the future. I have been very happy with everything they have produced and feel it is well worth the money!
I was very nervous about using this service for a variety of reasons however, my concerns quickly turned into a happy dance. Ultius respond timely to inquiries and the end product is exceptional. I did have 1 incident out of 9. My assignment was not completed per the directions. The writer quickly owned the error and corrected the assignment within hours. The best and most important consideration is the end product is authenticate, original, and customized

Really great! I did have some problems because of a glitch in the system. My essay was late but I gave myself a few days of a buffer zone for problems such as these. The essay I received was GREAT! My GPA thanks you. The customer service is AMAZING! They also refunded me because it was an error on their part.

Ok - I read some reviews with the whole late thing BUT I fully believe that it's your paper so if you want to get it on time... CALL THEM! I had a similar situation with them where my writer disappeared, and my paper wasn't reassigned because of a glitch, I noticed something was wrong so I called. My problem was immidetly resolved and I recieved my paper. Logically you are ordering people to do your work so you should give yourself a cushion for error. You can't blame them because what they delivered to me was beyond great! I finally found a place where writers can actually write and I don't feel bad spending my money. My GPA thanks you.
