I have used this service several times for various courses when I'm in a crunch, and have always been satisfied. Great company. Has always fixed any issue that I have had and always has great customer service.

I have used Ultius numerous time after starting grad school and i always get A with their papers. The professors also came back with with high remarks saying that its very professionally written.

To be fair, I have used Ultius many times with ease and success; however I would not suggest using them for a Thesis until they refine their processes. In my case, the entire thesis process was horrible and costly. I gave multiple extensions and provided substantial feedback, but to my dismay, the final draft lived up to my fear; it was poorly written with vague sentences, mixed use of Chicago and Turabian and poor citations. To make matters worse, the writer I used many times before was snippy and insisted on me paying additional money by demanding I place another order to edit and/or revise their already subpar delivery. This was a 25 page paper that cost me well over $500. When paying this type of money a near perfect paper should be expected. While I gladly paid for assignments regarding my thesis, I believe there should be protectors in place that ensure the products delivered are of quality. Now I have to pay another 400+ to have the order revised/edited... that's over 1k for one thesis. I'm giving two stars only because of the research done.

In the future, I hope Ultius realizes the success of their brand rides on the quality of written works produced and word of mouth. The best writer I had by far was #*******. Not only did he/she listen, they took pride in their work. Here I am at the end of the semester having to rework the very paper I paid hundreds of dollars for myself!

By far Ultius is worth the money. They have never failed me! I have used them for 8 assignments and I have never been disappointed. A++++ quality work! I have used several different writing services and never had the quality or customer service like I get from Ultius. Thanks Ultius for helping take some of the stress off of me! Things start of on a positive note, however all business wanting a customers business start positively. The orders process is simple and reliable (confirmation sent to email).
Customers are charged for every detail of the service so be prepared. For a research 10+ page paper due in 30 days it will be $175+ depending on the level. The shipping or delivery process is also simple. Customers are notified via email of a message and upon checking your account the paper is available for download. Customers have seven Days to review and suggest revisions be done. Although, they claim to know what they are doing in the YouTube Video (making you think "I will read through it for any glaring issues,") once seven days have passed you might as well go to the purse or wallet time to pay for editing. Quality is horrible, what the do not tell you is these are sample papers information is incorrect or not accurate and sometimes often poorly presented. If you do not edit and check the accuracy of the content of "professional writers" your instructor will swear you are illiterate. Customer service is friendly, but the most they will do is offer you a 15% discount on your next order ($30.00 off of a $200.00 order), wow!

I seriously suggest going to another agency, writing it yourself (will save money and the frustration of having a professional do a half-$#*! job), or red-pen the hell out of it (again you are correcting professional writers for what you paid to have done).

This is, by far, the most professional organization when it comes to written product development. Their editing staff, online support staff, writers, and administrators are top notch. They're quite simply just incredible. I've done business with other websites but the fact of the matter is that Ultius stands out the the dominant force in this medium. If you have issues with your paper that needs a careful dissection in order to bring out the best of your thought process... Ultius is the premier place to go. I am a VERY satisfied customer and you will be too if you decide to give them a chance.

I have used Ultius for 16 papers over the past 2 years. Their service can be hit or miss at times. If you give them enough lead time (7+ days) you can end up with a well written product at a reasonable cost. Over the past 2 years, their writers have missed a deadline 3 times. When they do miss a deadline, I have always had to initiate contact and try to determine when my paper will be delivered. I am also given a canned apology and offered (sometimes) a 10%-15% discount on my next order. My most recent experience was far worse; I ordered a 5 page paper with a 2 day deadline. The deadline was missed and my paper was delivered 17+ hours past the deadline. Numerous messages detailed that the writer uploaded the paper in an unrecognized format and they could not open the document and were trying to contact the writer for resolution. If they did not hear back from their writer by 7:00 AM Monday morning, they would have a "Staff Writer" complete my paper, although they did not give a timeline as to when it would be completed. During that time, I sent a detailed email to their support department describing my frustration and lack of recourse. I had no other alternative (other than writing it myself) than to wait for my paper. The paper that was delivered shortly after I sent the email was of an average quality that had grammatical, spelling and APA errors that I corrected on my own. While I have to accept some responsibility because I ordered my paper on Good Friday and needed it delivered on Easter Sunday, I would've liked to have seen a little better customer service on their part. Additionally, I had a 15% discount code that I was unable to use because it was no longer valid. This was a code that was issued to me after a previous missed deadline. Although my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing, I am judging them on the overall quality of their work and their lack of customer service. Hopefully the current paper that they are working on for me will be delivered on time and have a better quality.

I have used many other writing sites but ultius is the only one that balanced creativity with practicality. This site helped me by providing practical writing craft adviced, editing tips and deep instructions that included reviewing many of my school projects so I could stand out from the crowd of other students. I used Ultius to write a very detailed research paper with proper apa citations and opted to hhave it completed within a week. The writer finished early and my paper came back with no revisions. The paper received excellent feedback. I couldn't have been happier. I will continue to use this service because they guarantee their work and are all college graduates. Definitely more reliable than some other options.

Ultius is just a big ol scam. They hire people from fiverr to do fake testimonials on there company. For example they hired this chick on fiverr http://www.fiverr.com/bachas85 to do this fake positive testimonial http://youtu.be/g2pFoBbDphI, it's hard to trust a company that pays people to do fake testimonials. That's just the beginning, they are also paying people with amazon gift cards to leave positive feedback for them on sites like this one sitejabber.com and BBB.com. I they have to lie to you with fake customer reviews, what else are they lieing to us about?
