I have used many writing companies before I discovered Ultius. Ultius is truly the best writing company in the business! The costs are reasonable. The writers are so professional and are experts in the field of writing. Papers are always delivered on time. The writers are in touch with you through out the writing process and reply promptly to your concerns. All my papers have scored an "A". I have never bothered to review a company, but felt I had to review Ultius because they are truly exceptional!

I get it earlier than due date, so i can done more review on that before i pass it. I love it cause it really reach my expectation!

The quality of the writers and customer service (Savanna G.) is great. However, the orders are not always delivered on time, so make sure to place you order on advance.

I have used this company several times as my life circumstances recently changed. I didn't want to withdraw from the course and this service met my needs. Most times I tweek the papers but iit's because I choose to. A great service... helped me a lot!

I went to this website to order paper, first their chat said 'they may take up to 5 mins to respond to my query' however they didnt just take 5 mins, they didnt even bother responding at all... and I saw many spelling mistakes on their website. So I dont think they are capable of handling papers. I have attached the pic.

I hired this company to write three essays for me. The first was fantastic, I was thrilled, I anticipated doing a lot more business with them and was so happy to have found this resource! Then I got the second essay. It was a hot mess. I clicked the handy revisions button, and even thought I had paid for a two day turn around on my essay, I had to wait three days to have my revisions done at no additional charge. The third essay was horrible. Once again, I requested changes. It has been four days and I have had no communication regarding changes that were due in three days. Also, they have online chat so you can talk to someone when you have an issue, great right? Not so great, the online chat for support has never once been available when I tried to use it, and I have tried at least 10 times. Only online sales support, go figure.

Bottom line, when they do well for you, they do extremely well and I can see why they have some very positive reviews. But when they fail, it seems like an epic fail.

I work for an company that requires professional writing daily. This could have been an amazing resource for me. After my first experience, I was thrilled, now I am frustrated and disappointed. I don't know if my other two essays will ever be done to my satisfaction or if I should just scrap it and move on.

Highly disappointed!

Update: I just received the missing third essay revisions. They honored my request and had the writer I had so admired who wrote my first essay do the rewrite on this one. She did a fantastic job. I could not have been happier with this essay. I am still fundamentally unhappy with the second essay and would not dream of using it. Ultius had stated that I can pay for a rewrite, but they have taken two tries at it and neither writer answered the prompt. Two our of three isn't bad, but its not great either!

I have personally used the services of Ultius twice. They are professionals at the service and exceeded my expectations. I am truly happy and grateful to the writers and service team. Both of the writers gave more than what I asked for, and always were there when i needed to update them. I would defiantly use this website again due to their absolutely amazing service.

Really helps when you're in a bind. More expensive than other sites, but worth it. You get what you pay for. Be clear, detailed, and specific about what you need. Also they usually have discount codes available. Downside is if you need a revision, even if they did not follow specific instructions given, a free revision is a 3-day wait. You have to pay more if you want it sooner and it is usually deadline or past by then. If they didn't follow clear directions they should do revision immediately and at no extra charge... but they charge you more... so allow extra time if possible.

Worst site I have ever used. Paid $120 for essay to be done within two days, three days later, the writer has changed the due date to suit himself as the writer was apparently sick. $#*! happens but then put me in a difficult situation. Nothing done to help me out. Finally the essay came through, I had asked the writer to re write and improve the previous essay. No change whatsoever. So i basically paid for a nervous breakdown, an extra copy of the essay I already had, and wanted to be improved with absolutely no change to the original whatsoever. Then paid another $56 for a revision to be done within 12 hours. It has now been two days and has expired. No news from anyone. Incredibly disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous. Biggest waste of my money i have experienced in life thus far.

This is a great service that exceeds my expectations on certain projects while simply meeting them on others. I have never been disappointed. It is fairly priced and the communication before and during the project is good.

Paper was well written and delivered ahead of schedule.
