My husband bought this vacation for my 36th birthday this year and when he surprised me with it i was like noooo this has to be a scam... how can we get all this for such good price... anyways I just got back home from Peru we stayed at the
Sauce Alto Resort and Country Club... we had a blast Peru was always one out of 5 destinations i've wanted to visit and I can now say I have. I have a few more dream weeks left and I am extremely excited for my next year vacation in Italy! I will most definitely recommend this small business, They have great customer service... My calls were always returned. My booking went smooth love it!

My experience with this company was satisfied... great customer service I was given a package I was willing to take advantage of, very affordable. I have a time share company myself so I did perchase a package with a presentation I've never been to Florida I also wanna to see what they had to offer and if I can buy a few properties... I also bought another package for my daughter who is turning 34 years old this upcoming may... that package did not require a presentation... when I spoke to the sales rep she was shocked I was requesting that package... I love For Lauderdale it was very nice and sunny... I came alone for businesses porpoises... I will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I would first like to say my friends and I had a great time in Arizona at the London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ... we had a 3 bed room condo and a full kitchen. The total days we spent was 8/7nights... we were able to visit the grand canyon... that was amazing... I enjoyed our trip this to the max. Ultimate Rental Getaways is a very well organize business... customer service was a plus. Every time I had a question someone was available to assist me. I wasn't assigned a personal travel agent due to the package I picked but I never had a problem when I was ready to book my vacation. I purchased this package December 2015 and planed on using it December 2016 that recently just passed... I would have wrote a review when I got back home but with work and kids my mind went nuts... I am planning another trip next March 2018 and this is the company ill be booking with.

I bought a vacation package with ultimate rental getaways the beginning of this year. At first I was very skeptical because it started off with a call saying I won a free cruise... I decided to hear what they had to offer. I do have family in Daytona beach Florida so I felt a lot more at ease knowing I wouldn't be stranded if I too this offer... I spoke to about 3 different people on the call I was offered a few different options and was about to get my husband on the phone to make a team decision... they went through the whole options again for him and we both decided to take the package... I went through verification and was a signed my own travel agent who I have to say was a doll. I explained her that I know we are suppose to give at least a 30 day notice to booking our vacation but I really was looking forward to head to Florida for my Mother's 88th birthday she said not to worry and she will do the best that she can to get me booked for 1/15/2017 (package was bought on 1/5/2017) the next day she said Mrs. Frost I can book you for those dates... I spent a few extra days in Florida we just got back 2 days ago and decided to leave my experience... my husband and I hade a blast I was very much thankful for the great customer service I received and the short noticed I gave but they still managed to make it happen... we took the 3/2 cruise and I was able to take my mother as a birthday gift from me to her (she never been on one) we used on of my dream week condo in Daytona were I threw a birthday dinner. The place was beautiful I cooked and felt I was home away from home... so I would like to take this time and thank the people that worked with me Vanessa smith, Michael Lopez, Tatiana and Mr. Silverman for making all this possible. I definitely will recommend this to my friends and coworkers.

Received a phone call from these people. Spoke to Andrew McCarthy. After some skepticism about this being a time share scam. He ASSURED me it was NOT! Not true. Went to the "Welcome Center" at the Park Inn and felt less than welcome. They asked when I wanted to go to the time share meeting and I said was told I didn't have to attend any meetings. Bobby at the "Welcome Center" told me to show him that in writing. Of course that wasn't in any document. I tried to call and no answer. Left a message and heard back from Vanessa at 10:30 at night. She was helpful, but said I would have to talk to Andrew or Alex Silverman... left them a message and still no call back... All I'll say is GET IT IN WRITING if you agree to something with these sleezeballs...

Hello I would like to say one they are very much real it's not a scam. I mean I thought they were at first but I gave it a shot. I signed up back in April of 2015 and I recently booked my vacation this past October 2016 in Orlando. I have my sister who lives in Tampa so it was convince for me. I'm all the way in Washington so yea it's a long flight... however my booking went smoothe I mean yea there was one problem when I got to the welcome center I noticed I forgot me itinerary and my ID at the airport I didn't remember my booking ID# my husband took the kids to get something to eat while I was Suppose to get us checked in so I guess you can say that's my fault... I was able to have the people at the airport fax a copy to the welcome center and pick it up the next day it all worked great... to make the long story short my family and I enjoyed our vacation here in Florida we were planning to come anyways but we literally saved almost 2,000 bucks by one phone call. I hope my review was helpful for all the potential clients... I do apologize for those who lost the opportunity. TM

I was hired by Ultimate and told per the owner that I was guaranteed, every Friday to receive a pay check for $250.00. Plus commission. No conditions, GUARANTEED every week. I was curious why everyday they had new people starting? I worked for 3 days. On the 3rd day I was handed a form to sign stating I am an independent contractor and would receive $250.00 per week only if I sold $1000. 00 per week in gross vacation sales. The problem is that my job was to entice the caller to purchase add on packages for Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. If I was able to hold their attention the next step was for a supervisor to get on the call and try to close the deal. One incentive they used was to knock $100.00 off the package price per person. That is an incentive for the customer, a nightmare for me. The issue is the supervisor determines if you make the $1000. 00 per week. Out of 63 phone calls I was able to get 14 potential callers to get to the supervisor supposedly closing the sale. Only one time out of 14 were they able too. Many weeks employees do not make their thousand in gross sales because even the supervisors can't close the deal. I texted the owner that evening and told him why I was not returning. No response, im not shocked. You can't out right lie to somebody and tell them they are getting 250.00 per week plus commission, then tell them on the 3rd day, " you are a personal contractor, you must write 1000 in gross sales to get the 250 per week". And by the way, that's only if the supervisor can close the sale, for which 1 out of 14 they can close. They actually have only 3 out of 15 agents that are regular emoloyees. The door is like a turnstyle. You can't do this to your employees. I am filing a complaint with the labor board for not getting the pay I was promised when first hired. I suggest anybody who has left Ultimate for the same reason, do the same.

I was very skeptical of buying a vacation package through Ultimate-getaways as it started with a solicitation call. They gave me an offer, I told them what would work for me, they ended up providing an enticing package of 5 one week vacations to be taken as I desire over the next 5 years. My family just finished our first week up in the Poconos. It was a wonderful resort, Split Rock, and I've now been in contact with customer service to get my next set of details to book week 2 for next year. Customer service often is unavailable at the time of my call but have always called back within 24 hours if not the same hour. I believe they work with you to get you a package that suits your needs and is great value. I recommend them, and am so glad to have been solicited even if I was wary to begin with!

I purchased my package with ultimate rental getaways last month May 12,2016 I bought a 6/5nights in Orlando and 3/2 cruise. Even though I was kinda hezatent about going down to Florida in Orlando because of the tragic that happend there... I did promise my kids if they all passed to the next grade level I'd take them to Disney world. I have a 14,11 and a 5 year old all boys. Yes very challenging to handle but love them dearly. I didn't think we were able to book as soon as we bought this package because they do require a 30 days advance notice. However I was able to explain them my situation. I will be getting married next month on the 10th and promised my kids before I leave for my honeymoon I'd take them to Orlando. We just can back from our vacation and I wanted to share my experience with the company to the world. Customer service was extremely helpful I've called 7, 8, 9, 10 o'clock night at times and always was able to speak to someone. I asked all the questions in the world and each and every one was answered properly... by the way Florida is beautiful even though we got caught in some rain in Orlando it was still a blast. Although I'm not a cruise person my family and I did enjoy the Bahamas beautiful island. Will I do this again absolutely I already bought a package for our honeymoon it's called the dream week I'm working with one of the ladies in customer service she is helping me plan it out... to all the families out there that are thinking of buying a vacation package with this company it is worth it. -Isabella

I was employed by this company,,, Let me started by saying I have read some of the reviews and based on my experienced FROM THE INSIDE this is a SUPER SCAM. I think some of the reviews maybe written by the managers /owner. I say this based on the fact there is something very wrong going on with that business. A person paying for this so call vacation will spend more than they would if they book a vacation on there own. PLEASE don't let these people take advantage of you and your hard earn money.The managers are disrespectful to the employees. They hire and fire daily. BEWARE!

I'm going to be completely honest at first my wife and I thought this was a complete scam we paid for a outstanding package the seemed to be to good to be true so we decided to call and cancel after speaking to one of corporate managers I got a better understanding to this company... So my wife and I decided to not cancel and continue with the purchase. We landed back home in Texas two days ago from Ft Lauderdale Florida and we had the time of our lives I mean everything happenes for a reason and it was worth the chance. It was my first time in Florida my wife on the other hand has been there Buiness reasons... I didn't get to visit every where but we purchased our send package today for next year I referred my brother and his wife... This is a great company give them the chance like my wife and I did it's very much worth it. -Mitch

Just got back home and my vacation was breath taking my sister and I had so much fun we never been to Florida so that was our first time. We went to the drive thru movie called the swap-shop very different I wish we had this back home we live in Indiana. The whole process was as smooth as a baby's bottom I attended a Tour presentation it wasn't bad at all we had lunch and seen 1 property my sister and I wasn't interested so we left and continued our vacation. I'm happy I saved money from this trip normally I'd be spending thousands we spent less then that so I was pleased we are planning our next vacation and this time the whole family will be attending.

We had a great time here in Florida this is my second time here but its been over a decade and everything has changed. My daughter is thinking about moving down here we live in india. Im glad i had the chance to see florida again we went to key west and south beach boy was it beautiful. We stayed at the ramada hotel very cleane and nice thank god for the rental car. The cruise was great bahamas was beautiful i did a lot of shopping and relaxed by the beach. I can say all these good stuff but yall would have to experience it for yourself. Customer service was very satisfying my trip was well spent and i will be doing it again next year! Thank you Ultimate Rental Getaways for this vacation!
